Bad Customer Service
Cons:

The room had roaches so we left immediately! Booking.com will not refund our $ for the 2nd day that we did not stay. I guess we were supposed to chase the bugs around the room and under the bed to take pictures. :( I will never use Booking.com again!

Distance from the beach. Great location for shoppers and tourists.

Toilet paper was very rough. Beds were to hard. No smoking on the balconies.

Wonderful place to stay with family

Was greeted at the front desk by two workers and everyone was friendly
Pros:

How convenient it was to get to the ocean and how fast the staff reacted to the AC not turning on in our room

Cons:

The cleaning crew were waiting at our door at 1040 and asked my mom if we were done

Pathetic hotel
Pros:

I would rate them less than 1. The room was pathetic and it wasn’t even cleaned. There are flies and mosquitoes and even after complaining, the property didnot do anything

Cons:

The whole experience was very bad. The room which was given to us , the response from the front office on our concerns .

Had a pretty nice stay.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, daily attendant, location. Nice pool.

Cons:

When booking, I was under the impression that there would be a kitchen. What I read online advertised a kitchen, not a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee pot. Also not being able to use my room #/key card when purchasing at the pool or restraunt. Finally, when I checked out at the front desk not being able to receive a printout of my charges. Was told I would receive it by email.
