Pros:

The jet tub

Broken side doors, not 100% cleanliness. Rooms looked very dingy.

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful

Cons:

Elevator was broken, air conditioning is tucked in to the corner of the room and doesnt work well, along with being very dirty and needs filters cleaned. Also crumbs on floor around night stand and empty water bottle under one of the beds.

It is very basic, I overlooked the reviews of 2 years ago only to find they are still true like the elevator not working, noise from other guests and the strong smell of tobacco in the hallway

Accommodating room but some staff members were not.
Pros:

Room was accommodating and clean. Option of having a bar was nice as well. The person working 2nd shift was very pleasant and made sure to call the shuttle for us.

Cons:

The lady working 3rd shift was rude and disrespectful and so was the security officer. The elevator was down so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs with luggage. The restroom in the lobby was locked which I can understand, however, when my husband asked to use it he was rudely told no. Being a guest he should have been able to use it.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and there was a shuttle downtown on Saturday night. Free breakfast is good.

Cons:

The bed had a huge dip in the middle and there was no closet. Also, the elevator was broken so I had to lug my bag up three flights of stairs and back. Finally, there was very little healthy food for breakfast .

Overall a decent hotel and for the most part convenient. Would stay again.
Pros:

The room itself was pretty clean and comfortable and breakfast was good and up to par. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The location is close to downtown but far enough to be distant from food strips etc. Not many late night eat options nearby. It is close to rough areas that I was reluctant to explore. The elevators were down I had to drag luggage up and down the stairs and the halls stunk and the carpet in them was a little dirty.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The shower was lively and hot, they had free parking and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Our first room had a blocked toilet so we were moved which was all well and good, however the room we were moved to was on the second floor with no working elevator, so we had to lob 3 heavy suitcases up the stairs. The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes/pot and the sheets felt like they had sand all through them (lots of rough pilling). It just felt dirty, but as we were already moved once, we felt we couldn’t complain again as the staff (both night and morning) seemed disinterested. I was very disappointed for the money we spent on this hotel.

It was easy access and plenty of parking. Staff went out of their way. Especially Yvette at the front desk.
