Just love this place

When we checked in, the room was very clean. But during our six-day stay, no one came to clean us. We returned the towels ourselves and got new ones. Overall, the staff was friendly.

Room was not ready at check in. Plumbing and electrical issues in our room. Maintenance did not respond to our first request to fix electrical issue. Not enough staff at front desk during checkin.

It was a good property to stay at.

The property was very clean. Loved the pool. Very quiet and peaceful.

Super kind, thoughtful, and welcoming staff. Wonderful experience! Will stay here again. Thank you!

Shuttle was great!

Great property and the front desk team is one of the best I have ever experienced. Anita and Mindy were so kind and friendly. I was in North Carolina for an interview with a local solid waste company and they were so helpful to get me a room early to prepare, spoke very highly about the Carolinas and were so polite and friendly. Anita and Mindy told me I would get the job since they felt I was a good people person too, and they were correct! I got the job and will be moving to North Carolina soon. Thanks Anita and Mindy! The room was excellent too and it was super clean and upscale. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sonesta team for making me experience at the hotel excellent.

The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from the airport. But the windows are not soundproof so you hear the planes. Also people walking in the room over your head.

For some strange reason they don’t supply dish soap or shower gel and file out dishwasher tabs 1 at a time.

Otherwise it was an acceptable unit.

Everything was clean well kept up front desk was friendly.

Our stay was great but I hope the service and cleanliness was a little better.

First time staying at Sonesta ES. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Front counter staff were very friendly.

It was like home away from home. Very cozy and inviting.

We took this trip with almost no notice due to a family emergency. When we arrived, we weren't thinking straight, we were exhausted, & scared. I barely even remember checking in, but I remember being helped by a lovely woman at the front desk, & I remember her telling me not to worry, that she'd tell me everything again in the morning. During our entire stay, the staff, especially Angela & Effie, treated us like their own. We truly felt like we were staying with family. When our loved one passed away, they wept with us & held us close. A hotel is a hotel is a hotel. This is a home away from home. We felt welcome. We felt safe. We felt loved. There is no way we can ever thank you enough for your kindness. It meant the world to us, & will never forget you.

Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The elevators are currently down but that resulted in a lowered deposit, and they even had a staff member bring my luggage up for me. Nice room that served the purpose I booked for. Close to the airport and my two jobs so it was very convenient. My one complaint is that when I checked in some toiletries like the hand soap and body wash were not filled, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall satisfying stay!
