This place has gone down hill in the last 5 years.
Pros:

The check in employee, Celeste was so kind!

Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty and the employee in charge of breakfast was down right rude. She had zero customer service skills or manners.

Minor inconveniences but location and staff were great.
Pros:

Convenient to Delaware, Pennsylvania, and south New Jersey.

Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Property in need of upgrades which they were performing during our stay. AC in room didn’t work and we were immediately moved to another room. Started room entertainment upgrades in middle of World Cup match which resolved itself quick enough. Cleaning is on ever other day but will clean daily if you ask.

Not too disappointing but I’m try new hotel next trip
Pros:

This is 2nd time staying unfortunately the 2nd visit had some disappointments with my room accommodations

Cons:

My bathroom was not clean and I requested for housekeeping twice during my staff and it didn’t occurred. One the front desk ppl actually came in made up my bed, changed the sheets and made sure the next day my room was cleaned
