The shower and the the comfortable bed.
The bar & restaurant in the lobby were closed but was not made aware of that until after check in. I would have canceled and booked another hotel. Parking was also a nightmare. The lower level parking garage was closed. There was a huge stain on the carpet in the living room of the suite. The power blinds were broken, no hot water in the bathroom sink and handprints on the windows. A roll up blind was missing its chain and some of the lights in the living room were inoperable.
The room was clean. I found a very pleasant noodle restaurant within easy walking distance for a tasty carryout meal. I think the restaurant in the hotel is closed, at least it wasn't open when I was there.
The air conditioner was noisy which woke me up every time it came on during the night. The front desk staff (2 different individuals) were not rude, but not friendly or welcoming either, just didn't seem to care that I was there. The elevator had a strong unpleasant odor of marijuana smoke as I was going to my room. It was gone an hour later when I used the elevator again. The front facade of the hotel needs to be repainted/refurbished, appears shabbier than the photographs.
clean room but small area by the room
The location was steps away from the falls.
The room was listed as handicap accessible, however the room was designed for a person with specific needs. The bed was only inches off the ground, the night table hovered over the bed and my spouse hit his head on the table in the middle of the night and has a horrible bruise and lesion from the placement. The shower leaked all over the floor and there was a huge chair in the shower that had to be moved each time we used it. Also, there was no bar soap for hand washing. The hallway smelled horrible, like someone had burned food in their room. And I was made to pay for parking upon arrival, after Booking.com said “ parking and breakfast included.” Breakfast was also, NOT included. It was not a pleasant stay for us.
Room was very nice and clean! Amazing shower and love the LED lights & fire place!
The view of all the construction work.
Hotel was nice. Had a ton of kids staying for a cheer competition and someone pulled the alarm at 10:30 at night. Also was charged twice but the manager took care of it. Great location.
Room was very clean, However, 20$ a day for parking and there was barely parking every night. Starbucks did not take tap, they offered to write my card number down as an option for payment. Staff was rude, not accommodating and not one smile.
Last but not least, it was my anniversary and they put a hockey team on our floor. The kids screamed and played in the hallway, both nights of our stay.
