Um pouco decepcionado
Pros:

Hotel muito próximo a rodovia e com ótima variedade no café da manhã.

Cons:

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste hotel e na chegada fomos surpreendidos pela entrada principal estar fechada e tivemos que entrar por uma entrada lateral bem apertada e com muitas malas, mas o pior da estádia foi que no dia seguinte quando terminávamos o café da manhã e estávamos voltando para o quarto, a energia caiu e e não voltou mais, o que nos forçou a ir embora do hotel. Achei que um hotel de rede famosa como esse tivesse gerador.

We booked thru booking.com.
We checked in and went to our room. It was not the type of room that we booked. Called front desk to change. They were completely booked for the evening, thus no room change for us. After desk clerk spoke to her supervisor, we were told they didn't even have that room at that location!?!? A king room?!?!
The receptionist made sure to reduce our rate on the room. She was great !!

Great stay, needs better customer service.
Pros:

Our hotel stay was good for the price and location of our work conference. It was a little hectic checking in due to the browns and guardians game going on on the same day. Rooms were comfortable, clean. It was a little loud each night as we were right downtown. Lots of sirens, motorcycles and cars. Might not be the best. Kid-friendly hotel due to location. Would definitely stay again as we completely enjoy a good Hampton inn.

Cons:

I think the main thing that made our trip started off on a bad note was the woman who checked us in on Sunday, October 18th around 4:00. She was very rude, unhelpful and just made a bad start to our trip.

I also think the breakfast was not up to par for a normal Hampton inn. The omelets were good but the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold and not cooked. This was very surprising for a Hampton inn as most of the time. We have great breakfast options.

Pros:

How clean the entire hotel was, the price was affordable, the free breakfast was very good

Cons:

The only negative was if you are going to allow the hotel to be pet friendly, I would prefer not to listen to the dog bark loudly all night and morning.

Nice Place w/Clean Pool
Pros:

Angela at the front desk was great. I used the app to check in and later stopped at the desk to get a bottle of water. I am only a silver member, but she offered me a snack, too. That was nice.

I had room 335. It was pretty quiet. Hampton’s recent brand remodel has some odd features. Some of these I’ve seen at other recently remodeled Hamptons. The drapes are a teeny bit short, so it takes a couple pillows to block extra light. There are USB-A & C ports on desk and bedside. That’s nice. The WiFi signal was a little weak, but it worked okay. There was an odd bathroom feature on n this hotel: short handle (vertical) on wall next to toilet looked like an aid to stand up (new model handicapped assist?), but they used it as a toilet paper holder.

The fitness center is open 24 hrs. The pool is open 9a-10p. I had hoped for 6a opening to enjoy a morning swim, but swam at night instead. The pool was very clean.

I’d stay there again.
