Wonderful!
Pros:

Loved staying here! We stayed for 2 nights recently at the Hampton Inn Streetsboro , while moving our son into his new apartment. Beds were very comfortable, did not hear any construction if there was any, but we were there on the weekend. You had to enter thru the side door, not the main entrance. Breakfast area and food was excellent, clean, well stocked, and Kathie was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, shopping, etc. If anything was running low or out, she was on it. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Streetsboro!

Decent but not worth $150 a night

The staff were friendly and accommodating with my early check-in

Cons:

The hotel needs updating (I was told this is happening this year), there was mold in the bathroom of my room, the bathtub didn’t drain properly so while showering the tub would fill up, no hand soap in the bathroom, and breakfast is only from 6AM-9AM. When people travel all day long they’re exhausted and want to sleep in. It should be extended to at least 10:30.

Cons:

I brought 4 problems to staff and was told that the place was going to be renovated in a month. This made it sound like they weren't going to resolve the issues before then: slow drain, loose towel hook, Fridge freezing food, alarm clock time was off and not adjustable.

Pros:

Pros:

The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. They gave us one of the newly renovated rooms which was great. The lady who was running the breakfast area/kitchen on Friday and Sunday morning was amazing. Very nice and cheerful and helped with all of our morning needs. Great experience to start your day with!
