We had to make our own beds!!!!

They messes up our room. We were supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out bed, and they made us make our own beds when we arrived!!!!!

Large comfortable room. Friendly Staff. All areas we were in were clean and well kept.
Pros:

We were happy with most everything. Room was large and comfortable. We had one bed that was squeaky, I informed the front desk when we checked out, and they were right on it. We didn't get ready in time to go down for the free breakfast, but I went by and it looked really nice (I wish hotels served breakfast later than they do). This did, however, lead us to finding Rooster's Diner which was really good. Pool and Spa were very nice and clean, we would have liked the pool to be a bit warmer, the Spa was a Great Temp.

Great value, great rooms, clean, courteous, and accomodating!
Pros:

All of the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. We brought our pet at the last minute and they were extremely accommodating and very welcoming of our pup.

I would not recommend a stay at Orford. Probably better to stay elsewhere.
Pros:

There were no breakfast. Only two tickets given for my family. Unless ya woke up and went to have breakfast there was no buffet. No food. Even no coffee or anything. Budget for only certain amount of guests. Shameful. The pull out couch was dirty with urine and blood. No family size amount of towels for the showers.

Cons:

Dirty pullout bed. Towels for just one or two people. Advertised family sized rooms and not enough towels. Only two tickets for breakfast. When we registered as family size reservation. On the third floor. The staff stalled us by couldn't find our reservation by name? It was clearly there in the women's hands. Identification provided too. Felt discrimination because we were Native American. Other lady had 3 customers get their rooms and we were still there and had to wait to get our room

Nice staff terrible location.
Pros:

The front staff was great, and the shower pressure was great.

Cons:

The location of the hotel felt like it was on the freeway, fans should be provided in the rooms. Also the mattress/sheets were not great.

This was a work trip, and being away from home was comfortable in this great place

The pool was nice but I'll try somewhere else next time.

The pool and hot tub are nice and they have a great shower in the room.

Cons:

The coffee was subpar with no reprieve from room service, the breakfast was not good and again the coffee was like tea, the beds were hard, the pillows are too thick to use, they gave out the bare min as far as towels, blankets, cups and glasses and stuck me with a King and pull out when I ordered 2 queens and were like "We don't have anything else available" but I booked weeks in advance. The cable was like watching TV in the early 2000's. Thank goodness for Doordash or we would have starved.

Comfortable , clean & friendly staff
Cons:

I was put in a room in the highway side this time. It was noisy with trucks using Jake's brakes. Other side away from freeway was great.
