Pros:

I liked the availability of TV channels and the price was good, as well as the river view.

Cons:

The tub was dirty, we could feel the springs in the bed, the back door handle was falling off and breakfast eggs were not very good.

Pros:

It is on the river. That is all that was good

Cons:

The hotel is next to a Burger King and the smell in the room was horrible. “Smells like hamburgers”. The room itself was not cleaned. Looked like the maid just made the bed and refreshed the towels. Hair on the sheets, wrinkled pillowcases. Garbage in the room, and coins on the table. Disgusting. The front desk was embarrassed and offered a refund. Hotel is old. Worst experience with a hotel ever.

Excellent hotel to stay at traveling through Yakima!
Pros:

Clean room, excellent beds, view to river, location next to restaurant, great breakfast, welcoming staff.

Disappointed with pillow and beds. And not following my prearrange asks if extra pillows, and towels
Pros:

Location was easy access to freeway to get back to ball fields and quiet.

Cons:

Your pillows are the absolute worst I’ve ever seen or used. Myself, spouse and children could hardly sleep cause the pillows are barely the size of adults heads, and if you move at all your head falls off and wakes you. And your “Queen Size” beds I don’t believe 1 of our beds on the room was an actual queen size. Then I booked cause of a hot tub and we are told sorry break popped “again” and can’t be used cause it’s cold.
