工作人員似乎有對亞洲人岐視不耐煩的口氣表達，要小心訂的房間不符合，務必再確認，另外清潔工作衞生都非常不注重，住三天的房間，第二天要補充的水，咖啡，垃圾都沒有處理，以每天400歐元的價格，看起來100歐元的價值

Amazing
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Location was great and right next to the metro and had lots of restaurants nearby. It’s pretty safe to walk there even at late hours.

Cons:

I had to refill the water, no new water was added when they were resetting the room. I find it very odd that water is a self service thing.

Good experience overall
Pros:

A lot of room space and amenities within the room. Welcoming hotel reception vibes, friendly staff and great housekeeping service.

Cons:

Heating didnt seem to be working even though we turned it on and set it to the right temperature.
