J'ai beaucoup aimé le style de la chambre, avec son côté un peu ancien qui lui donne du charme. La chambre était également très spacieuse, ce qui était très agréable.
En revanche, il manque une brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes si besoin. C'est un petit détail, mais cela serait utile.
Enfin, les photos sur Booking ne ressemblent plus vraiment à la réalité, notamment à cause des arbres qui cachent davantage l'hôtel aujourd'hui. Il serait bien de mettre des photos plus récentes afin que les clients puissent reconnaître plus facilement l'établissement à leur arrivée.

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée à l'accueil, il y avait beaucoup de bruit. Je ne sais pas si c'était exceptionnel ou habituel, mais cela rendait les échanges difficiles. De plus, nous avions du mal à comprendre le personnel lorsqu'il nous parlait.
Autre point important : la caution demandée à l'arrivée devrait être clairement indiquée avant le paiement de la réservation sur Booking. Cette information est essentielle, car si nous n'avions pas eu la somme demandée pour la caution, nous n'aurions pas pu séjourner dans l'hôtel. Il serait donc préférable que cette condition soit affichée de manière plus visible avant la confirmation de la réservation.

The atmosphere of the staff at the desk. The fo I d was good but getting served some days took a long time to get waited on then receiving the food

Cons:

Cleaning staff knocking twice then walking in. This happened once when I was in the bathtub, after they had already serviced the room. One day when I was sick a man with a bucket not only knocked twice and walked in, but came back two more times within 10minutes with the same routine. I never understood why they would revisit a room they had supposedly already serviced. Really git annoying and definitely didn't appreciate. The rudeness of their unnecessary interruption

l'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu. renseignements défaillants depuis l'aéroport, delai d'attente trop long à l'accueil. vous patientez devant des agentes moyennement concernées, les yeux braqués sur leur écran. carte de la chambre desactivée quotidiennement. restaurant cher et mauvais (on mange mieux dans l'hotel d'en face). perçeuse au-dessus de ma chambre deux jours de suite. accès à la piscine (bien) alambiqué. pas de navette régulière pour aller vers l'aéroport. Bel établissement, mais pourrait être mieux exploité.

A rendu possible notre visite de Paris en temps de canicule.
Pros:

Je donne 5 étoiles à cause de la chambre climatisée et la piscine.

On avait loué une chambre dans le 11e arrondissement à Paris mais sans air climatisé. Avec la canicule de juin (22 au 28), on a décidé de se trouver autre chose. On est venu jusqu'à cet hôtel en éclaireur pour être certain que la chambre allait être confortable.

Le lendemain on arrivait à cet hôtel pour y passer le reste de la semaine.

Le long voyagement pour aller et revenir de Paris à chaque jour en a valu le coût !

Avec la passe de transport Forfait Navigo Semaine (de lundi minuit à dimanche 23:59), on a voyagé en RER, métro et autobus toute la semaine pour seulement 32,40 euros.

Great pool, food and bar options, short walk to the local village with restaurant and shops .

Cons:

A lot of the staff didn't speak any other languages other than french so it was sometimes hard to communicate

C'est la première fois je je met un commentaire, c'est une honte de faire des travaux des 7h du matin juste au dessus de ma chambre ,même pas nous sommes prévenu avant réservation qu'il y a des travaux dans l'établissement, chambre vieille ,trace de moisissure dans la salle de bain.et les toilettes qui coule toute la nuit, je trouve cela irrespectueux.
Je n'y retournerai pas
