The room was very clean and comfortable.
Swimming pool is small. I couldn't relax because the locals also used it and there were children's lessons.
The breakfast was also very poor. I want some more fruits and vegetables.
Great location for the shopping centre with a very handy selection of bars right across the canal.

Had a lovely ribeye steak for dinner. Breakfast was very nice. No issues with the room. The big win here was the staff. All very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was dirty with hairs in the bath, numerous stains on the floor! Otherwise room was pretty comfortable. Car park is in very poor condition and could quite easily cause damage to your vehicle. Ridiculous and unnecessary speed ramps (more like steps)…

Just a small thing.the sinks in bathrooms.while stretching over to wash the taps soak the marble top and soak your clothes.
Room was lovely and bright with nice decor. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok on the days I had it but not really value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from everyone I came into contact with especially the reception team I had to extend my stay twice due to a family bereavement and the reception team were absolutely wonderful at what was a very difficult time for me, I was able to keep my original room too which was a bonus. I cannot rate then highly enough Thankyou
