Overnight stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a good location for our trip.
Friendly staff, great food for evening meal and breakfast, good choice.
The bedroom was spacious and comfy.

Cons:

A fee for parking which seems as if a lot of places are doing that now.

Disappointing as we have stayed here before.
Cons:

Radiator not working. Told reception. Promise of immediate action. Nothing happened. My Guests ordered 3 course evening meal. Waited over 15 mins.. Asked for it and when arrived unable to place on table as previous cutlery still not collected.

Disappointing for the cost
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast
Location was good for our purpose so this is why we chose it

Cons:

No electrical outlets in bathroom for hair dryer
No extractor fan in bathroom
Not enough electrical outlets bedside had to keep swapping between bedside light or phone charger as only one outlet each side
Mattress was disgusting when bed was stripped
Rooms need refit to bring them up to date
No air conditioning but a fan was provided in the room but then you have to find somewhere to plug it in
One small towel rail in bathroom so nowhere to hang wet towels
Shower valve was faulty so kept going from hot to cold

Worst night ever.....

There was noise all night, like someone dragging furniture.

It went on into the morning and we could not sleep.

Tried calling reception but looked like phone system was not working.

The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever tried to sleep in.

Woke up with neck pain and back pain.

Was going to speak to someone at checkout but the guy was walking around reception on a mobile phone.

Overall one of the worst stays we have ever had, would not recommend it to anyone.
