Location and facilities were very good

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Big rooms, comfy bed and fabulous team of staff.
Bathroom/shower worked fine with lovely toiletries supplied, it was spotless clean just a little dated.

The bed was comfortable
The toilet was rusty inside and the rusty on the tub. Shower curtain dirty.
No air conditioning and uncomfortable. The fans were blowing warm air.
We had to book on short notice so we were happy to find something at all. The place was not bad, swimming was appreciated by my son, breakfast was nice, beds comfortable.
The pillows were old and bit used up, we had a big leakage mark on the ceiling which could have been repainted. We had dinner in the pub on our arrival and food was quite horrible, way too salty and the pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten apart from mirelit pizza.
The cooked breakfast could have been hotter.
The toasters took too long!!
The staff are very welcoming!
The beds are so comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers is great!
Great location, plenty of parking
Unfortunately the room was very hot and uncomfortable there was a fan and a portable air con unit which sadly didn't work .
On any other day it would have been fine but due to the heat we ended up leaving a night early due to this factor.
Other than the room being uncomfortable the hotel was very nice.
Breakfast was very good, although they did run out of some things. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable as they were too thin, room size was very good, although the shower could do with improving.
Staff were lovely. Hotel is in a great location. Looking forward to returning.

Wij waren daar in juli tijdens een hittegolf, de ramen konden niet echt open waardoor de hitte in de kamer bleef. Er was ook geen airco
The location was amazing, and the breakfast had gluten-free and vegan options which we really appreciated!
The lack of AC was a challenge as we went during the heat wave, but the included fan in the room was a welcome addition! 🙏
