Bed was comfortable
No soap to wash hands in sink.
Spoon at kettle was DIRTY!
Breakfast was mayhem and way too cramped.
Pub was waiting far too long for service.
Did not have breakfast , location is good with good tube access
Staff super friendly and helpful , rooms very clean plenty of towels and toiletries
Breakfast is so unorganised people just put in random restaurant and have to walk through hotel with your plates. Mattresses not too clean but bedding spotless
The bedrooms are ok but the bathrooms are very dated, with an old fashioned hand held shower over the bath. The wall panels in the bathroom looked very old and poor quality which detracted from the overall impression of the room. There was a tea and coffee making facility in the bedroom but surprisingly no biscuits provided alongside it, something most hotels provide and guests appreciate.
Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable selection, however the sausages were not great. Given the importance of breakfast it might be an idea to source better quality pork sausages eg Clonakilty Irish sausages widely available in UK supermarkets.
The bar closing time was disappointing, 9.30 I believe, which is very early for a large London hotel where many guests return later in the evening.
The hotel location is terrific in that it is walking distance from Kensington High Street Tube station on the circle line with easy access for Paddington, Heathrow and the city generally, plus it is always possible to get a taxi outside.

Great location and staff, very easy and friendly hotel, have stayed a number of times.
Sadly on this visit I was on a floor with a number of school students, who proceeded to run up and down the hallway banging on doors and shouting. The hotel staff were very quick to respond and sort this out, but seemed to happen over and over again and the staff and security team can’t be everywhere all the time. No fault of the hotel or the staff/security. Just poor manners of the students and poorer management from the teachers.
Room was fairly big
Drinks and food prices a bit too high
