Room was accessible quickly (we had only booked our stay 20 minutes before arrival and our room was practically ready when we got to it!).

Staff were lovely, really friendly.

Great location; only 5 minutes walk away from the nearest tube station, 10 minutes or so to two grocery stores (Sainsbury's Local and a small Tesco) and many other businesses on the high street, 15 minutes from a wonderful park, and plenty of places to eat nearby - not counting the places available on site, which we were given discount vouchers for upon arrival! Clean facilities, room, corridors, etc. Even the reception area had a wonderful vibe.

The air conditioning system in the room was fantastic; easy to use instructions provided and really useful. Free, functional WiFi also great 😁

The hotel is close to the centre of Kensington and also close to the underground so lots of attraction were easily accesibble. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located next to the railway, the noise of the trains can be heard in the room.
