zeer groot en zeer gedateerd hotel vooral de kamer de badkamer de ouderwetse airco met het hoge lawaai. De balie medewerksters waren bij het in en uitchecken zeer vriendelijk en attent.

Pros:

The reception staff, as I am working at reception myself and am always evaluating reception staff wherever I am travelling. Very kind, cheerful and helpful staff at reception.

Cons:

Waiting too long to leave luggage in storage room, even though that's due to only 2 people dealing with luggage and I could tell they were both very busy, so it is understandable.

Hotel muito bem localizado.
Pros:

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, a poucos minutos de uma estação de metrô e em um bairro muito legal. Se você gosta de andar, dá até para se aventurar a ir andando para alguns lugares turísticos, como Notting Hill.
Apesar das instalações serem antigas, não tenho nada a reclamar sobre conforto e limpeza.

Cons:

Eu tinha reservado o Early Check in. Chegaríamos muito cedo em Londres, eu estava com meu bebê de 1 ano e antecipar nossa entrada era ideal para descansarmos, trocarmos de roupa etc. O pedido foi confirmado por e-mail, tudo certo. Mas chegando no hotel, fomos informados que não tinham quarto disponível para um early check in, o que nos deixou profundamente aborrecidos. O quarto foi liberado mais cedo, mas após 1h de espera e, mesmo assim, nos cobraram o valor integral.

Received an email to opt in for early check in, when we arrived we were told no rooms were available as they had been fully booked the day before! Surely they would have known that before offering early check-in! I’d even received an email the day before confirming this! Very disappointed

Good location and nice hotel
Pros:

Room was ok, we had a club room so extra space. Has an Iron in which is great.
Location is great,plenty of parking for people and ease to get to the shops and tube station.

Cons:

So the Breakfast does not have enough offerings in the Club lounge. There was plenty of what there was but options were limited. There was no different offering of eggs, only fried on one day and scrambled on the next. Would like to have been offered poached or had them available. There also is no real hot vegetarian option other than mushrooms, eggs that may not be what you want and beans. Could do with a good vegetarian sausage.
