Fantastic location Friendly and welcoming staff
Pros:

The room (classic double) surpassed our expectations for the price we paid. Fantastic location right opposite Gloucester Road tube station, soundproofing works well so no need to worry about outside noises. Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful in all areas. Will definitely book here again on our next visit to London

Cons:

I’ve had better breakfast in similar hotels. Hot items (sausages bacon etc) were poor quality. Although everything else was lovely.

Perfect hotel for a weekend in London.
Pros:

This hotel is a little gem.
Gorgeously decorated inside.
Super helpful staff.
Tube station across the road means you’re in central London in minutes.
Parking available.
We requested adjoining rooms and what we got was ideal - a double room and a single with our own private lobby.

Pros:

The bed was firm and comfortable. The pillow were of the right thickness and firmness that remained its firm without one's head being sank into it after awhile. The location was within walking distance to most cafes, restaurants and places of interest. Also being near to Gloucester Road Station is also a plus. They serve water in glass bottles and the kettle was stainless steel and not the plastic type.

Cons:

The room deco is rather dated. You need to ask for slipper from the reception as it was not available automatically like most hotels. Also 4 bottles for daily use would be ideal instead of 2 bottles.
