It is pricy for one night. I should have stayed at the millennium hotel where I initially stayed.
Pros:

I asked to store my suitcase prior to checking in and the hotel allowed with a small price. it was helpful and I was able to travel to Scotland with my hand luggage.
The room was clean but rather on a smaller in size. It was Ok for spending one night.

Cons:

I didn't like to dinner at the Singaporean restaurant in this hotel. It is pricy but food that we ordered didn't taste well. Even simple pork dumplings didn't taste like dumplings and looked not fresh. We regretted that we should have gone somewhere else to eat our dinner.

Such an easy location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff at the Baileys are definitely one of its main assets - I have stayed many times and each one of the staff memebers I encountered were helpful, courteous and professional. Thank you!

Cons:

The fact that you cannot open the windows and get some fresh air can be a little irritating - and the A/C wasn't working that efficiently which was a shame a

Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Londen met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Mooie en ruime familiekamer met koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet is niet zo groot, maar wel zeer lekker!

Cons:

Voor een familiekamer van 4 personen is alleen de badkamer inclusief toilet een beetje aan de kleine kant. Er was ook een klein technisch probleem met de afvoer van de lavabo en de douche, waardoor het water niet goed wegliep. Na een melding ervan bij het personeel hebben ze het probleem bij de lavabo kunnen oplossen, maar bij de douche niet. Het was dus niet makkelijk douchen, want na een paar minuten dreigde het over te lopen.

Pros:

Was very close to shops and tube station, so convenient for our stay. Room was clean and had some amenities. Hotel surprise us with cake for birthday.

Cons:

Staff were not the friendliest, room was very small not quite suitable for two people in a double.
