The Bailey's Hotel London Kensington

We had a wonderful time at The Bailey’s Hotel with our whole family. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful high ceiling.

The building itself is a historic mansion, and you can feel its character in every detail. The lobby is truly impressive, with a stunning chandelier and fresh flowers that create a very special atmosphere.

The breakfast room is bright, spacious, and full of light — a lovely place to spend time in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and very good, with almost everything you could wish for.

I would especially like to mention the breakfast staff. Your attention, warmth, and kindness made our stay even more memorable, and we will remember these wonderful days many times. Yannis, Zafar and Abdoula, thank you so much!

Everything! The location- perfect opposite the Underground - after a 50 hour journey from our home in Australia to London - was ideal! Brilliant welcome, impressive property, excellent facilities, all was simply perfect!!

Great location just across from the tube station. Room was clean and efficient. Would book again.

Staff service was exceptional from reception to restaurant. Comfortable and spacious room at good rates. Everything worked, ideal location close to tube station and access to west end and city.

A beautiful hotel and a really fabulous meal in the Bugis. Food was superb, company was great and service was charming. Looking forward to returning soon and thoroughly recommend.

Just completed my third stay at The Bailey’s Hotel. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting London. Great location and the staff is always great. The rooms are nice and is a great place to recharge after a busy day and night. I especially appreciate the extra attention Oksana and Gary provided durning stay.

The Hotel was amazing, perdect service and the staff was wonderful. We had an issue with leaving something with great value to us behind in the room when we left the hotel and the staff members were super helpful and did everything in their hands for us to get it back, specially one of the concierges called Zeeshan Kalim. He was super helpful and overall amazing. We are extremely thankful to them!! Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Gostei de tudo. Hotel lindíssimo, limpo, dava para sentir cheiro de limpeza toda vez que chegávamos nele. Funcionários muito cordiais. Localização maravilhosa, só atravessar a rua para chegar à estação de metrô. Bairro muito agradável, com restaurantes, pubs, mercado, cafés. Cama maravilhosa, quarto muito espaçoso, banheiro grande, chuveiro a gás e com ótima pressão. Espero voltar logo.

Rajesh was amazing. We were upgraded to a larger room after our first night and, because it was our first visit to London, he waived the early check-in fee. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back.
