The food at the Bugis restaurant is excellent, always . The staff are great and very accommodating especially Yenn, she’s fabulous!

Hotel was beautiful! Very clean. Area was safe, and pretty. Right next to train station so convenient for exploring. Staff was nice. Breakfast was amazing! Shower was good. Heated towel bar nice once we found switch. Would stay again! Definitely recommend!!!

Since 2018 my stay at The Bailey’s Hotel London was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate Rajesh and Oaria for their kindness and prompt assistance. Their hospitality made a real difference.

Special appreciation to the Housekeeping team as well for maintaining the room perfectly clean and well organized throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was truly impressive.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to visiting again.

Came here for an early dinner with my mum as a present for her 60th birthday, and we were blown away by the brilliant service and quality of the food! Tony Yenn, and two of his female colleagues (unfortunately I didn’t catch their names) really made us feel so comfortable and looked after. It was also so lovely that they brought out a mini cheesecake with a candle in as a birthday surprise for my mum and even provided teas and coffees on the house. We will most definitely be back, and I will be recommending the Bugis Singapore Restaurant to many of my friends and I am sure my mum will be doing the same. Thank you so much 😊

We had such a brilliant time at The Bailey in London! Right from the second we walked through the doors, there was just this lovely, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.
​I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Teigist. Honestly, she was incredible—so attentive and genuinely friendly. She really went out of her way to look after us, and it’s that kind of personal touch that turns a good stay into a great one.
​The rest of the team were just as lovely, too. Everyone was so polite and happy to help with a smile, which made everything feel completely seamless.
​If you’re looking for a spot in London that nails both comfort and top-tier service, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Alex was absolutely incredible! This was my friend and I first time in London, and we didn’t even plan where to eat, we were just riding our bikes and stopped to look at the menu. Even the regulars were so welcoming and kept telling us how amazing the food was, so we decided to give it a try.
Best decision ever.
From the moment we walked in, Alex made the entire experience unforgettable. We had no idea what to order, and his recommendations were PERFECT everything we tried was a 10/10. Not only was the food amazing, but his energy, attentiveness, the presentation, and genuine care made us feel so comfortable and taken care of.
You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way he treats his guests.
Alex deserves a raise for the phenomenal job he does. Thank you for making our first dining experience in London so special we will definitely be back!

My friend and I was in London for one day because we had a layover. We were staying in a hotel in the area and walked past the menu posted outside and decided to stay for dinner and we are so glad we did. We told Alex, our waiter, it was our first time in London and the first time there. He made great food and wine suggestions. We ended up getting an entire bottle. Everything he suggested was amazing and he made sure the presentation to us was above average! He was attentive, personable and knowledgeable. This experience with Alex has not only made we want to come back to London but stay at the hotel because if everyone's customer service is the same as Alex's, there's no other place I'd rather be. Thank you so much Alex for all you did and I hope the hotel knows the quality employee that they have in you! See you next time.

Smart looking building with doorman. Incredibly convenient location opposite Gloucester rd. tube station. Ice water in the foyer is a nice touch
Staff are excellent and proud of the 150yr heritage of the building. We regularly saw cleaners and polishers at work. Room was spacious and clean. The additional 3rd sofa bed was decent and made up ready for us on arrival. Breakfast was good, a range of traditional English and European with some Asian hints, noodles and congee (I had to google it) again with attentive staff Abdul looked after us well. The hotels restaurant is Singapore orientated tall ceilings give an airy spacious feel to the space.

We loved our time here! Everyone was lovely, shout out to Sumina for her assistance. The room was quite comfortable, clean, no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for all people especially for the breakfast, and special mention for Taigist for her smile everyday and she is taking care of us :)

Perfectly situated right across from a tube station. The staff and rooms were outstanding. Everything was very clean and our room was quiet. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant and breakfast. The lobby was comfortable. I'm trying to figure out how to get their couch in my own living room. The room cost and breakfast were very a good value considering how comfortable and high quality everything was. We'll definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very good and super close to the tube station. Rooms are good sized and clean, the beds were also very comfortable. Staff was helpful and made us feel very welcome during all interactions. We tried the breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings and it was ok and included all the things you would expect from a good traditional English hotel breakfast.

If you plan to travel around London via the underground, this is an ideal place to stay. One of my new favorite place to stay in London
