Paying for parking - put the price on the website.
Paying for late checkout, being phoned at 11.00 while asleep asking why I hadn't checked out.
Difficulty getting into the carpark afterhours
No way of getting into the basement lift (no key card entry), having to carry bags up two flights of narrow stairs.
