Good value for money and ideal location.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great choice of food.

Pros:

I liked the location of this hotel to Windsor.

Cons:

Most of the staff very friendly but for one member at the front desk who was so rude it was unbelievable and very disrespectful. In the end we had to ask for the manger because of the way he was talking to us.

Great location for Windsor races an excellent overnight stopover

Great location friendly welcoming staff and lovely bedroom with a comfy bed

Not a lot that I didn’t like to be honest, just a couple of minor things: the corridor on level 2 smelt abit funny and the breakfast room was very warm when we stayed we would’ve liked to linger over breakfast a little longer however it was very warm in the dining room and there didn’t appear to be any comfy chairs to relocate to
