Excellent location. Lots of parking and excellent service from staff
Unfortunately the pool was closed and not available for use
The room was clean.
When we reserved the room, we were requested to complete a pre-check-in form. I was asked for the car registration number and I also indicated a second vehicle. I was not informed that there would be a charge of £10 for parking each car, including the one that was registered online.
Friendly staff very helpful and polite and went out if the way to make you welcome
Na
Hotel very happy to arrange all meal times to suit
It is a large and well appointed hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, it has relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and comfortable there is tea and coffee available. Breakfast starts at 6:30am a bonus for those who need to get to a destination early to beat the traffic. There is a large selection to cater for all those who want a cooked breakfast or cereals and fruits. Parking is beneath the hotel and is easy to access via the hotel.
Dinner is either at a the restaurant or at the Bar, and the menu also caters for all tastes. The food is freshly prepared and the portions are generous.
To be honest I can't think of anything.
Nice to have 2 double beds
My bed dipped at the head end felt I was dipping back wards.
Would have been nice to have more milk in the room and hot chocolate sachets for children.
Breakfast I usually have porridge would be nice to have the option. Would be nice to have water in the room. Bathroom door at the bottom had wood which was cracked/ broken.
Great stay! 10 mins drive from legoland. Choice of restaurants in the hotel which is great. Joy was so lovely to us in the restaurant at breakfast, always greeted us with smile and ensured everyone was enjoying breakfast.
Bathroom drain was blocked and I didn't get chance to report it.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast food. The quality and selection were excellent, and the breakfast staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was also kept to a good standard of cleanliness, and when we reported an issue with the air conditioning it was resolved quickly.
The customer service at reception was disappointing throughout our stay. Staff were dismissive on more than one occasion and barely acknowledged us when we approached the desk. We stayed in a Club Double Room, but when I requested water because the fridge had not been replenished, the receptionist assumed we were in a standard room and told us to use the vending machine before eventually apologising.
We also paid for a late check-out until 3pm, but our room key stopped working after 2pm. When I went to reception, I was abruptly told that check-out was at 11am, despite already having paid for the extension.
The hotel itself also needs refurbishment in several areas. There was visible wear and damage to furniture and bathroom fixtures which did not reflect the standard expected for the price paid. It was also disappointing that the spa was closed and we were not informed until after booking.
Close to Heathrow, nice but not too fancy. Bar/restaurant was nice and convenient.
First room we were in had a strange buzzing sound coming from the smoke detector. Front desk staff quickly gave us a new room on the same floor, no hassle. The new room was nice but A/C was broken, and it was a hot day.
Breakfast was ok! The staff made accommodate my request for an omelette so yea I truly appreciate. Thank you.
I did not like the fact that I had to take my luggage to the room myself after stating that I struggle with fibromyalgia which was why I asked for an accessible room which I truly appreciated.
