Pros:

We’ve had the best stay here. Every single member of staff has been so kind from the maintenance crew to the cleaners and bar staff. A special shout out to joy who made our son feel so special on his birthday

Excellent stay - Zaffar was very helpful!
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms at the site and parking. We were assisted by Zaffar who was very helpful. We also eat at the restaurant in the evening and we really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.

Pros:

I stayed at the Copthorne Hotel in Slough on a flying family visit. The hotel was pure luxury and there is nothing I could fault. The men on the front desk were all very professional and smart. Only one thing. No USB sockets in the room to charge my phone but this wasn’t a major issue for me. The housekeeping team were also fantastic. 10/10 xx

Excellent stay
Pros:

The main thing that shone was the excellent staff - Nathan and Zafar. They went over and above to help sort things out for us. They are an asset to the millennium group! The access off motorway is brilliant.
