The fact that you seemed to have a large group of travellers (gypsies) staying and were rather loud in the bar area when I was having my tea.
I would have liked to sit, relax and watch the football on the TV but wasn't the atmosphere I generally like
Location - close to legoland
We stayed here as was visiting Legoland the next day so the location is perfect.
Other than that it’s noisy, outdated, staff a very slow, you can’t pay cash which isn’t stated beforehand, pay extra for the car park, the breakfast was EXTREMELY BUSY so we had to sit on a sofa and eat our breakfast which wasn’t the best breakfast either. There was no swimming pool due to a refurb which was disappointing.
Staff were really welcoming. Parking was ok.
When I booked it stated breakfast was £9.00pppn. I didn't book breakfast as I thought we would book it at the hotel if it was required. When I checked in I was asked if I wanted breakfast and the cost was £12.50, if I waited until the day it would cost £15.00! I asked why the difference and was told that that was the price. Was also told that the manager would be in later and they would raise the query with him/her and get back to me. I have not heard from them since. The result was that we walked down the road to Three Tuns cafe and paid a fraction of the price and had exactly what we wanted.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice overall, well equipped and good size.
On arrival, there was a notice saying that an event was on and due to finish at midnight. It did end as stated, however the music was loud until that time and was disruptive. It would have been sensible to put those not attending the event further away from the venue (I was in 2nd floor) to avoid disruption. Given that I'd booked accommodation due to an early start the following day, this was far from ideal.
Additionally there are maintenance requirements in the (somewhat dated) bathrooms - toilet roll holder was loose on the wall.
Great location for Airport, London and Legoland.
Restaurant was great, bar prices very reasonable.
For about £20 more than Premier inn it was also very good value for money!
An observation not a criticism is that some of the decor was showing signs of age.

Stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions but didn’t like the last room it seemed a bit dated
Location easily accessible from the M4 motorway. Good for families visiting legoland and Windsor. Easy to get to London centre on Elizabeth line. Air-conditioning a gift during hot weather. Very comfortable beds.
A little dated, boiler upgrades being done whilst we stayed, pool out of service. No porridge available at breakfast. No lift to carpark L1.
