The food in Bombay pavillion was fantasic, great flavour and a big portion. The server shakawat was very polite and helpful. Great service and great food.

Pool not being open was poor - this should have been cleared when booking.

Service in the bar was excellent. Nice, warm staff who were very helpful and the food was very good. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice.
Bathroom was dated and the bottom of the door was water damaged. However the rest of the room was very nice.
This was the first time at this hotel and if I'm in the area again I will certainly be booking.
I was here for work and my work was on nights . They put me in a quiet spot and I wasn't disturbed once. Even though I was on nights they still cleaned my room regularly. The room, staff and hotel are great.
