Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

The sheets were dirty, we could not sleep after 12am. The 3rd floor was very loud and jumping, we let the front desk know and nothing was done. It went up to 3am and still no sleep.

It was comfortable and good location, however there are improvements needed
Pros:

Walls were thin, could hear coughing in the next room throughout the night

Cons:

The breakfast area was not very clean, floor very sticky. The tile in bathroom cracked in multiple places. Mold in shower corner. Not enough charger areas. A lot of hotels have them built into lamps.

Pros:

We traveled from Florida to the graduation in navy, the staff were very attentive. we traveled with a pet, we had booked, and they accommodated us in a room with the small dog, since there was no pet room, but everything from cleaning to breakfast.

Quiet and its good

Cons:

Toilet doesnt have bidet and I noticed that when you shower, water leaks out of the shower area and spreads across the bathroom floor, leaving it covered in water. Pretty much thats it.

Goood BUT
Pros:

Their coffee was really good..so was the waffle I ate...didn't eat but one morning. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating with us, letting us use the breakfast room when a couple of family members showed up. I would definitely stay again BUT I had a couple of issues see on 'what didnt you like'.

Cons:

I do water aerobics and I was very happy to see the nice indoor pool with NO strong smell of chlorine. when I stepped on the top step to enter the pool, it felt like I hit an ice patch and I fell, catching myself with my right arm and injuring my left leg and foot. The manager, when i told him offered some Tylenol etc., I didn't want to scare him but I wanted him to know that maybe something should be put on top step of pool. Now you could say did i have lotion or something on my foot, I didn't put on anything that morning because I was going to shower afterwards, there may have been some of their lotion on it, BUT I was very careful stepping into it because I didn't know what would happen. I continued to move around in the pool to keep everything moving, even though I was in pain.

I also had an issue with my bed, I'm 5'3 and I had to lift to get in...fine...but when your leg and arm hurts it was interesting. MY BED was not stable so when I went to sit on it, it slid. The first night I handled it, but after my fall when I tried to sit on it and it slid I almost fell again. I got on my phone and sent an email to the person listed as the general manager. Any person could have had an issue with that and, depending on the person, could hit their head on the side table or just fall. Soo I hope that was addressed. NOW saying that I would definitely stay here again....cautiously.
