last minute booking and check-in worked fine; bed was comfortable, bathroom fixtures all in good working order; didn't get up in time for breakfast - would have been nice if it had been available longer than 6-9 am. It was listed as being within 2 miles of our position when we booked, but it was 25 minutes to drive there.
Better description of location before booking
The location was nice.
The room was dated and falling apart. Literally the light fixture was falling off the light and the couch had a large rip in it. It would have been nice if the restroom had an actual door. The staff was not rude but not overly helpful.
The third floor hallway smelled awful. Every time I walked down it my clothes stunk. I told the guy at the desk but nothing was done about it. There were people always hanging out in the parking lot smoking, even right next to the building where there was a no smoking sign. There was a broken shelf in my fridge and a broken drawer in my dresser. The room didnt come equipped with any kitchenware. I was brought what I asked for but no paper towels and toilet paper. Lady at desk said they don’t provide that, or a sponge & dishsoap but she was kind enough to bring me those two things anyway. Water pressure in shower was non existent. There was black mold in my shower! And the microwave was obviously not cleaned & smelled awful. This place is disgusting but unfortunately I had no choice so I stayed for 2 weeks. I would like a refund.
Location and front desk were friendly.
The room was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was even remotely clean. Outside of microwave had food smeared on it, room smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom has a powdery substance all over the faucet and surfaces were visiblely dirty. Not to mention the whole hotel smelled like Marijuana.
I liked that it was driving distance to Salem. That was it. Literally disgusting place.
There was no breakfast. There were literally 3 packages of individual mini muffins to feed a hotel. The rooms looked nothing as advertised. 2 pillows for each queen bed that were flat like a pancake bc they were likely 30 years old. No actual blankets on the beds either, the top sheet and thin bed cover. Never an employee to be found. Ever. Walls and floors are paper thin. Sounds like a herd of elephants running freely 24-7. Ohhh, and the horrible smells! What in earth were those smells!! Chemicals and dead animals!? It was very disappointing. Don't do it, not worth over $200 per night. Just don't do it. Save yourself.

They didn’t check the room before giving it to me, and they left a big dog inside the room. The dog used the bathroom in there and bit me and the person who was with me. It was a very bad experience.”

they ran out of toilet paper had to ration toilet paper, gps did not want to direct you correct at the property, gps said turn right and you need to stay straight, i watched others enter property with same issue. i was there for 8 days they only program my card for 7, had to get staff to reprogram card
