Disappointing.
Pros:

The young lady checking me in at night was very helpful. However, when I got into the room, it was dirty with stains on the carpet and the bathtub had salami soap scum around the top edges,and there was no plug for the bath. The room was dirty, and the sheets were not cotton so if you need cotton sheets, they do not use them here. There was a missing lightbulb which my husband requested and the young lady at the front desk helped to find one as I said she was very helpful. When I checked out in the morning, there was an additional charge added to the room that was supposed to be included in the cost, and when I asked the lady at checkout who was a different girl, she gave me opposite answers because I asked a question twice and each answer was completely different than the other one. The hotel room was expensive. It cost more than other locations that I have stayed and I was a little horrified that I was paying more for a low quality place to stay. In the shower, there was a broken ceilingtile right above the bath shower actually more like a missing tile.

Another wonderful stay at a Comfort Inn & Suites !
Pros:

Stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Ashboro NC and the stay of two days could not have been any better! Wonderful staff from check-in to the room, to a great hot breakfast to checkout.
Always a pleasure to stay at a "Choice Hotel".

I’ll never return nor will I advise my friends to use this facility.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and hot. The property was clean. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and very hard. The pillows are flat. I needed 4 pillows under my head to be comfortable. The pullout vouch was broken and unusable. The couch itself was sunken in, and unusable. The pool was not filled and the vending machines were empty. Sad all around!

Better than a barn
Pros:

Hopefully never again,.in all my years of traveling all over the country and parts of the world this had to be high on the list of worst stays ever.

My three requirements
Pros:

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and I was especially grateful that my service dog was able to stay with me without issue.

The front desk people were unprofessional and lied about the stay.
Pros:

I didn’t eat the breakfast. The location was good as it was close to whom I was in NC ti visit.

Cons:

The room smelled of man’s aftershave and the bed was crumpled, the bottom sheet dirty. I asked for and received fresh sheets and a mattress cover to small for the bed.The next night I returned to the room and the door was left opened a small crack. Nine was in the room but it still smelled of men’s aftershave. I was told I would be given a new room for my next 2 nights. Given another king room and the same dirty , stained sheets removed from the bed the night before were on the bed. What???
