Nothing. I was very disappointed. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the room was overall worn out and dirty.

Easy access and room was comfortable

Room 304 - Furniture was broken, tub would not drain, washcloths were discolored, room smelled of mold/mildew

Room 206 - The shower curtain rod was falling off, bathroom door would not shut, room smelled of mold/mildew

Room 314 - guests were so put off they did not stay the night, room was dirty, refrigerator was broken, room smelled of mold/mildew

Room 214 - The bathroom floor was so dirty that when the guest got out of the shower, they left muddy footprints on the floor, TV remote would not work, hair dryer was melted, When the guest asked to have the room cleaned, she was told that there was no one available until the next day to clean the room

Overall - The pool was dirty with trash and debris on the bottom, pool towels were not stocked, room safes had no keys, so there was no way to lock up valuables, there was a homeless camp at the edge of the parking lot, refrigerator in the breakfast area was broken so the cold things (cream, cream cheese, milk, yogurt, etc.) were sitting on the counter for the entire time that breakfast was served, waffle maker did not work (and supposedly it was brand new with the box still setting on the counter), group of boys were trying their key in every room (this continued throughout the night), one of the employees we spoke with said that they had worked there for several years and it had gone downhill so bad recently that they were embarrassed to work there, all of the employees we encountered were very polite and helpful though.

My wife and our grandchildren did not feel safe at this location this time.

My wife and I stayed at this same hotel in 2023, and it was very nice which is why we chose to stay there again. It was definitely not the same quality as the previous stay, and we would not stay again.

We tried to work with the manager (through Hotels.com) to get at least the second night refunded because we did not stay there the second night and the manager refused to give us a refund.

Would definitely not stay here again and would caution anyone else from staying here either.

Good area. Lots of eateries around to choose from. Only 3 hours from destination.

Great location with a lot of dining and breakfast areas to choose from.

Filthy doors, walls and floor. Broken toilet tank lid, lamp shades, safes, washer, dryer, fridge in breakfast area. Water stains on ceilings.

Convenient location; nice staff; good breakfast.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I like the upgrade of the facility from last year and plus the location. I like also i could walk to different location to eat and not have to drive.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
