A very pleasant stay with a great location and welcoming atmosphere. When my flight was cancelled, Marlene was exceptionally kind and supportive, after I explained the situation, she personally spoke with her manager and helped arrange a considerable discount for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. Christopher was also very courteous and took the time to assist me despite his busy schedule. Their genuine care and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. It was a memorable experience.
- La localisation de l’hôtel est son gros point fort, elle permet de rayonner à pied facilement ou alors d’accéder à de nombreuses stations de métro
- Les chambres étaient très propres à l’arrivée et re nettoyées tous les jours pour le gentil personnel de ménage
- Les consignes à bagage sont gratuites
- Les équipements des chambres sont vieillissants (traces d’usures sur les meubles, la salle de bain, moquettes tachées, etc)
- Très peu d’informations nous ont été données à notre arrivée par le réceptionniste sur les éventuels équipements et accès de l’hôtel. Il n’y avait pas non plus de livret d’accueil en chambre ce qui est dommage…
- L’hôtel est actuellement en rénovation et nous n’avons été prévenu que quelques jours en amont des potentiels désagréments (entrée principale déportée, restaurant fermé, bruit en journée, etc) avec une possibilité de remboursement qui intervient bien trop tardivement pour réserver un autre hôtel lorsque la réservation initiale a été anticipée des mois en avance

Great Location very close to Times Square, good value for the money
Perfect location, the room on 49th floor was amazing, clean and comfortable.
The location was convenient, overall it was pleasant. Marlene and Christopher at the front office, were exceptionally kind, gentle and supportive.
There was very little to complain about.

Estaba en remodelacion y no lo dijeron hasta qué cobraron por la estadía, eso significo entrar por otra calle, hacer check in/out en x piso, bajar, subir a la habitación. Pedí una mejor habitación por las molestias dijeron NO

- There are constructions on the hotel without previous warning before reservation;
- No restaurant available and lobby is on the 7th Floor.
- Room should be better cleaned.
- No minifridge in the room.
Very dirty, the housekeeper was stole our perfume and they haven’t cleaned properly. The carpets were smelling not only in the room but also in Lobby.
