L’hotel è in una buona posizione, a pochissimi passi da Times Square. Lo staff delle pulizie è molto cordiale.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti spiacevolmente sorpresi dalla scarsa pulizia della camera (vedasi foto allegate). Se cercate un alloggio tranquillo, evitate l’hotel perché si sente tutto il rumore della piazza anche di notte. La doccia non è delle migliori, la nostra era un po’ instabile e sporca. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo scoperto che la nostra camera era in realtà una quadrupla: una porta molto fine separava un’altra stanza di altri ospiti dell’hotel. Per errore il primo giorno ho aperto la porta pensando fosse un armadio e sono riuscita tranquillamente ad entrare nell’altra stanza, questo perché gli altri ospiti, non sapendolo, non avevano chiuso la serratura che è comunque poco resistente.

Location is exceptional for Times Square, Broadway shows and the subway.

Cons:

The hotel is not like the photos, it is very run down. The room was dusty, crusty and only passable on clean. The lifts were out of action a lot. The hotel smelt bad! Needs a big makeover to really make it somewhere I would stay again. The bathroom wasn’t very functional with a shower bath and felt very outdated and cheap. It was giving low budget.

New York visit let down by stay at run down hotel

Clean linen and bedding. Half decent TV and wifi

Cons:

Very tired, needs updating badly - bathroom and bedroom looked like hadn’t been decorated since the mid 90’s and it was showing its age. Felt very run down. Had to rise at 4pm for our return flight and water was cold - 4 of us l, including young children had to travel on a long flight with short cold showers.
No bar, no restaurant, no room service. Very basic all round.
