Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 44. Etage mit Blick auf den Time Square. Das Zimmer war recht groß, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr sauber und ein super bequemes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

The room was gloomy, outdated, and very uninviting. The shower was highly uncomfortable, featuring only an overhead showerhead with weak water pressure and no handheld attachment.
Although listed as a non-smoking room, it had a strong, extremely unpleasant smell of cigarettes. For drinks, there was only a filter coffee maker—no kettle for hot water.
The hotel staff was impatient and showed zero desire to be helpful. Trying to get assistance over the phone was a nightmare; you have to go through multiple operators and repeat your story every single time just to get to the right person.
The location is amazing, right on Times Square, and honestly, that is the only real advantage of this hotel."

Millennium NY not worth it.

Cons:

The room was dated like something from the 1970s. The 2 beds were small. We had to call housekeeping to clean the toilet one afternoon where some black sediment had settled from the pipes. There was no coffee or tea making facilities. The gym only had one old floor mat.

Enjoyed NYC, not this hotel experience. They need a lot of instructions / feedback to get hospitality right!!
Pros:

Close to the city landmark for tourists

Cons:

(Lack of) hospitality and service, no information regarding building renovations until 2 days before arrival (which was too late to cancel and book another place).

Strong smell of Marijuvana in the room

No coffee machine in the room. No mention of “request” needed to be place for coffee machine by check in staff.

No drinking water on arrival, empty fridge, no one picking up the phone at reception after your 5000 miles travel is not great experience!

Great location but would not recommend.
Pros:

Location was great. Very close to Times Square.

Cons:

Very dated. Location of parking garage they use was not specified and they would not help. Had no hot water one day of stay. Front desk not helpful or accommodating when we had to leave a day early because of an emergency.

4-star price for a 2-star room
Pros:

the location was close to time square and the staffs were friendly

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and the beds were not comfortable. Bathtub drains slowly and 1 of the nights, we had no hot water for couple hours (dont know if because of construction or just ran out). No food services offered at the hotel. No lobby.

The location was phenomenal

Cons:

The rooms we stayed in were run down and older, there was no coffee pot in this hotel room as advertised. The hotel was under construction and we weren’t notified until a couple days before check in when it’s too late to cancel. One of the bellman were extremely rude - all other staff was very pleasant

Lovely stay, great location in the heart of Times Square.

Location everything so close and very spacious for New York City.
