Great stay in New York City
Pros:

The location was perfect. It's right in the middle of the theater district. The room was large compared to other hotel rooms I've stayed in in New York City. The staff was friendly and the Bellboy gladly stored our luggage for us until our room was ready.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that there was not a small refrigerator in the room. Also, the room could use some updating. It's starting to show wear and tear.

Great hotel in an excellent Times Square location. There is some noise at night, which is expected in such a busy area, but the hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Where are the standard 4 star hotels?
Pros:

The location is good with access to the subway and all main attractions are in walking distance. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room and bathroom could use refurbishment. The room was not equipped with a microwave, fridge or even a simple coffee machine. Very basic.
