Check in was terrible. Host head Unpleasant attitude accused me of using someone else's credit card. When you all had my credit card on file and he seemed not to wanna take my credit card from my hand which is the same card that I booked the room with?And you all had took the first night fee off of that same card.

Affordable location not far from World Springs
Pros:

I enjoyed a one night stay on my way back to the DFW airport from Oklahoma. I was familiar with The Colony area and wanted to revisit World Springs, so I was looking for a reasonably priced room that wasn't too far from the spa. The location was the best feature, as it was easy to access, close to world springs, but also relatively quiet despite proximity to the tollway. I was in room 301 on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so it was nice and quiet without any kind of distraction from neighbors or outside noise. Parking lot was well-lit and I could easily see my car from my room. The room was suite-style which was much bigger than was necessary for my stay, but it was comfortable. I am not sure if it was my evening at the spa that had me so relaxed or the comfort of the bed, but I indeed had one of the best sleeps I've had in a while. Staff was friendly and informative. Overall a good price for a good location and comfortable bed!

Cons:

The hotel itself is starting to show its age. While clean, there is clear evidence of the age. The hallway on the third floor felt uneven and bumpy. Some of the fixtures appeared old. There was a slight dampness to the room, but after adjusting the AC unit, I was able to get it to a comfortable temp/climate. The sink in this room did not drain well, and it probably needs some looking at, but I was only there for a night and it didn't inconvenience me enough to make me complain. TV didn't seem to work either, but again, I wasn't going to complain because I didn't plan to watch anything more than the local news/weather report.

Horrible hotel!!! Run from this place.

Musty smell throughout the hotel! Our clothes and body felt damp. We had to buy Lysol to get rid of the smell in room. Ants were in bathroom. Housekeeping is only every other day. I had to go to front desk to get towels and wash clothes. I asked about the garbage was told to take it to the bins out in the back. I told him No that I have never had to do this at any hotel. The front desk acted like I was bothering him by asking for towels! Also the carpet was damp I will never stay there again! We felt dirty when we left.
