My experience at the Comfort Inn in The Colony, located at 4796 Memorial Dr., was absolutely horrible.
The property was filthy, outdated, and not what I expected. When I was given access to my room, it was dirty and in unacceptable condition. Because of the condition of the room, I requested to check out. However, I was initially told I could not, which led to an extremely frustrating situation. I ultimately had to call the police to file a report.
Despite never staying at the hotel, I was charged for two nights. I am currently waiting for management to respond and issue my refund.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and the way this situation was handled made for a terrible experience

Our room has dead bugs on the floor and in the bed. The sink mirror had a crack all the way down. And when i opened the desk, just look at that picture below, I mean really. We stayed two nights and housekeeping didnt come clean our room at all. We will never stay there again.

I recently have stayed at this location multiple times. I came to officiate a couple of Girls Fastpitch softball tournaments in the Frisco area, and this is a great location. The staff are very friendly and professional, my room was clean and comfortable. I am recognized as a Choice Platninum member. I also like the fact that the breakfast area opens by 6 a.m. on the weekends, which allows me to have breakfast, before heading out for my tournaments. This is a Huge plus for me. Thank you.

I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. This hotel is incredibly dirty, especially the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, the food was absolutely nasty.

The rooms are in terrible condition. Our room was infested with ants, smelled strongly of humidity, and the bathtub was peeling. To make matters worse, the shower head literally fell off while I was taking a shower. On top of all that, the pool wasn't even working. I really wish I could get my money back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We were in town our daughter was getting married this added more stress to our weekend. We had to book another room at a different hotel. We were only there 30 mins. Nat’s in the first room and the heater did not work. The second room offered to us we saw roaches. We left and the police was called because the staff didn’t initially want to give us something saying we didn’t stay there.
