Carpet in room smelled like animals. Why would a hotel that allows animals have carpet in there rooms .

Easy access to RT19 and very centrally located. Nice parking lot and a pretty good breakfast.
Pros:

The weather was rather cold during our stay, so the front desk provided a blanket when I asked. The front desk was really easy to deal with. Every time I had a request they gladly helped me out

Cons:

The floor wasn't flat. A pipe broke in the room above us awhile back but the larger room made up for the minor problem.

I will never stay at your hotel or recommend your hotel to anyone.
Cons:

The shower head was not clean. It was a greenish color. We had to wash at the sink for four days.
The trash was not removed for the four days, I never saw a housekeeper the whole four days.
There was fighting in the room below me in the middle of the night. It took the night person along time to answer the phone.
When I received my bill it was $100 fee increase. Why?

Not very pleasant, but it was cheap.

The waffles were good.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as we'd have liked to see. The ac unit kept shutting off through the night and never got the room very cold. The manager in the morning was rude to me about where I could walk my dog (there's no signs). I was charged $125 for my dog when it was supposed to be $25. The extra $100 was refunded a couple hours later without me calling, but it was still there. The area was in an industrial area without signage on the main highway for entrance to the facility.

Bien pero falta que tengan más plan de contingencia en el caso de la ruptura del agua y de la suspensión del agua

Que el primer día se rompió un tubo y duramos casi toda la mañana sin agua y sin podernos bañar.

Pros:

Buen desayuno y la ubicación excelente debido a la baja confluencia de vehículos en el area. Llegábamos a Los distintos lugares de preferencia sin problemas con la congestión de tráfico vehicular.

Cons:

El Sábado 28 no se hizo El areglo de la habitación ni se recogió la basura de los zafacones. Los Días que se hizo El areglo del cuarto , El Trabajo fue excelente. Otro detalle que debería corregirse es el ruido o golpe que aparentemente se produce en la maquina de hielo que estaba a poca distancia de nuestra habitación y se oía claramente.
