Every hotel shoulcater to the population many people are lactose intolerance. YOU SHOULD HAVE THIS TO OFFER GUEST IT COSTTHE SAME. WHATIS THE POINT IF YOU CANNOT HAVE COFFE WITH NO MILK .THANKS TOU
Location to OCC
Location is on a busy highway, but I was placed in a room facing the lake in the back. On Wednesdays, the neighboring bar has live music and this particular day was Bike Night. Normally, I would probably attend, but I was feeling under the weather and tired. It was loud, but I just embraced it while I finished up some work (who doesnt like Yellow Ledbetter and Enter Sandman?) and by 11-ish, it was quiet.
The hotel was clean and the check in was efficient and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful.
I had a king room which was very large. Linens were clean. Please add conditioner in the shower. I mean I havent stayed in a room without conditioner in years. In fact, so much so that I dont travel with shampoo, conditioner, or soap any more as hotels always have it. There is no blanket on the bed which is also odd. I think most people like the weight of a blanket and here, you are just getting sheets with a thin top layer (the kind that most hotels actually place the duvet blanket between). The bed is mediocre comfort wise, so not having an actual blanket and nice linens was a huge disappointment.
There is a free breakfast and it is all you might expect from a free breakfast. Powdered eggs and some kind of sausage, waffle maker, oatmeal packets, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt cups, fresh apples, juice, and coffee.
Overall, as a solo female traveler, I give this place a 3. 5 out of 5. It is safe, very clean, and friendly staff.

Took a while to check in as there was a group in front of us. It was around 2.30 . I know check in was at 3 but common sense would start checking in larger group so that rest of people arriving at 3 didn't end up having to wait 20/ 30 mins after 3pm. There were other guests behind us.
La Quinta never disappoint good customer service and good location room was clean and nice. Keep doing well

Dude started breakfast a little early our morning of checkout so my girlfriend could get a coffee - that was nice
Honestly, the only average part was the dude who checked us in. Seemed normal enough but there was a pile of dirty linen outside our room door that stayed there for the duration of our stay, the bathroom REEKED of cigarettes and honestly was just dirty (but that baked in dirt like it’s been there for years), elevator was terribly sketchy, bed sheets were basically 1 ply toilet paper & given the overall vibe of the room we were too horrified to use the blanket in the closest due to honest to god bed bug fear
Breakfast was too limited, There needs to be some fresh fruit
The TV remote was impossible to figure out. I am a savvy tech person and it was impossible to figure out
