Excellent breakfast with many options and great coffee. Entire facility was extremely clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
Pool heater wasn’t working so children were disappointed
Staff was very friendly. Great location close to the airport and they had a free shuttle. Free parking for your car. They even packed us breakfast to have on plane when we had to leave earlier than breakfast started.
No return shuttle.
No wifi for the day
ok
charged me for a pet which I did not have. saw the charge when I returned. It was on a different day than when we were there.
We had a recently updated room and it was very nice. Breakfast was well above average
Nothing
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable room.
It was odd that we were put in a pet friendly room as we didn’t have a pet.
very nice and clean
Stayed here with my 3 sons and thoroughly enjoyed it- Staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful, great buffet breakfast, great little gym, close to shopping, we really could not have asked for more!
Staff (Alcaris) could not have been friendlier, helpful and accommodating. Same at our previous stay 10 days ago.
Our room was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bozeman
So we ended up staying here twice on either end of our trip around Montana. This will be a composite review of both experiences.
Check in was easy. I did not get the specific room I wanted the first time, but did the second time.
the room was large enough and clean
The bathroom was surprisingly small for Holiday Inn. It was functional, just tight. oddly you could not turn on the light without a very loud fan coming on.
the room had a big TV with plenty of channels. There were plenty of outlets and lighting was good. the WIFI was poor, though, which was a bit of a problem because ATT doesn't seem to know Montana exists.
The bed was comfortable, but the noise level was high. Not only was the AC quite loud, but there were some odd clicks and crackling noises which I never did figure out what they were. Also, the first morning we were awakened to loud bobcats moving rocks all over the parking lot right under our window. 7AM is a bit early to do this I think.
The hotel had a rather small gym. if three people were in there at once it was quite tight.
the pool and hot tub were very nice.
breakfast was excellent.
Worst customer service. The front desk personnel and manager were unable to help us in any way. Had numerous general questions over a couple of days about the area and nobody knew anything about Bozeman, Montana. Room service never came to our room even though we requested a cleaning. Nobody answered the phone after calling numerous times on different days. When I went down to the front desk on multiple occasions they were all outside talking and smoking. The employees also park in front of the hotel taking up spots for guests. Holiday Inn no more.
