Top Notch Stay!
Pros:

My wife and I drove from TN to WA. We stayed in over 10 Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one was easily the best. Updated and modern, the facility is immaculately kept. We loved the fire place in the lobby. The receptionist was outgoing and friendly. We were upgraded to one of the best suites I've had in quite a while. Ask for room 301. When I went down to breakfast I noticed more than a few folks lined up to a table with fresh fruit. I had never seen it before so I asked the hostess Kianna who told me that it was something special that the breakfast manager did. Kianna has the personality that brightens up a person's morning. Breakfast was better than usual, especially with the fresh berries! When the breakfast manager came out to check on the buffet, Kianna introduced me. When I told him how much I loved the berries, Wilton said that guests love them and he wanted to make breakfast something that they would come back for. He didn't know why other Expresses don't offer it. Last, we had a late check out and got to chat with Kianna, Wilton, and the housekeeping manager Haley. What a sweetheart she is! I could tell that these folks are a team and care about the hotel and the guests. They felt like friends. It was a fantastic stay!
