Very clean, comfortable and great location
Pros:

I LOVE the shower! I loved the firmness of the mattress and the cleanliness is wonderful. I've been a housekeeping manager in West Yellowstone for decades and I know how hard housekeepers work. I appreciate them!

Cons:

The TV seemed a bit dark and even though the sound went loud, it seemed to have an echo or something. Audio not so great and not bright enough.

Overall stay was great!
Pros:

Not impressed, the food is fine, its never changed, same things every day. Gets old fast when you stay for 4 nights.

We will not be staying at this location again.
Cons:

Check-in was a poor experience. Two customers in front of us had check-in issues which delayed our check-in; there was no back-up clerk called to expedite the process. Shower not accessible for someone with mobility issues.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast with many options and great coffee. Entire facility was extremely clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Pool heater wasn’t working so children were disappointed

Great, comfortable hotel. Definitely recomend.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Great location close to the airport and they had a free shuttle. Free parking for your car. They even packed us breakfast to have on plane when we had to leave earlier than breakfast started.

Cons:

No return shuttle.
