Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, but the cleanliness of the bedding affected my overall comfort
Pros:

What I liked most was the lobby atmosphere and the staff. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the bedding. There were dark black stains on the comforter and sheet that looked concerning, and it made me uncomfortable during my stay. I wasn’t sure what the stains were, so I avoided sleeping on that side of the bed. Since I’ve stayed here before and had a better experience, I hope more attention can be given to room cleanliness moving forward.

Pros:

Great place to stay,
Pros:

The staff especially Kim who checked us in were exceptionally helpful. Her interaction with not just us but everyone she served while we were checking in were super. She asked pertinent question in order to ensure each guest was being taken care of and received the best experience

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. A member of our group cannot eat cheese and the only eggs they offered were with cheese. many felt the selection though adequate could have provided something more ike hash browns etc..

Excellent! I would stay here again and go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.
Pros:

Kim the receptionist was simply outstanding and provided excellent customer service! Thank you!

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Hot options were less than adequate.

I am an African American woman and to have someone of the same race was really bad!
