Ottima posizione in prossimità di dinner, café e market ma soprattutto dalla linea metro 1. Hotel usato lo stretto necessario, ci hanno fornito la camera con mini frigo e una culla per il bimbo di 1 anno. Ogni giorno fornivano 2 bottiglie d’acqua da 0,5L e tutto il set di asciugamani. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli. Il personale nella norma.
Ogni tanto qualche minuto si troppo di attesa per gli ascensori che spesso erano guasti e il condizionatore sulla finestra era molto rumoroso. Moquette datata.
The room was cleaned. Well, every time I left out for the day came back. There were tons of fresh towels, and the bed was very comfortable.

Amazing location, great staff and really good sized room
It's a very dated hotel, the air-conditioning had a horrible smell when on so we left it off and the room in general felt grungy
Мы останавливались только на одну ночь, так как был запланирован визит в госпиталь, поэтому выбирали гостиницу, как можно ближе к нему. Этот вариант подходил по цене и удалённости. Рядом с гостиницей много разных ресторанчиков с приятной атмосферой и вкусной едой. Оживлённая жизнь на Бродвее совершенно не мешала, ночью было достаточно тихо.
В номере было чисто, ковровое покрытие позволяло бесшумно передвигаться как в номере, так и в коридорах гостиницы. Приятным сюрпризом были две бутылки фирменной питьевой воды. Кофеварка, холодильник, утюг, сейф и фен - всё работало исправно.
Довольно старое здание и, как бы ни старались сотрудники, присутствие некоторой затхлости убрать невозможно.
В номере было очень грязное окно снаружи, поэтому создавалось впечатление, что находишься где-то в заброшенном сарае.

There was an accent light on my headboard that I could not turn off until the next day when I was given the remote.

Location on Upper West Side was convenient.
The room looked a set from Law & Order where the prostitute is murdered—peeling wallpaper, burn marks in the carpet, scratched moldings and furniture and a bent towel rack in the bathroom. Worst hotel room I’ve seen in decades of travel!

Pesima estancia, ni volveria ni se lo recomiendo a mi peor enemigo.
Personal maleducado sin ganas de trabajar, habitacion sucia, llena de polvo y acaros, con moqueta de hace 150 años, paredes con manchas de suciedad, habitacion pequeña, ventanas de papel,etc. Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva y cambiar de hotel. Tras mas de 2 meses todavia estamos esperando la devolucion del importe de la primera noche.
Nos dieron la aspiradora para que limpiaramos nosotros, la dependienta se negaba a aceptar las quejas por nuestra parte intentando dar evidencia de que estabamos exagerando, cuando nada mas entrar por la puerta ya te picaba todo el cuerpo.
Tras las quejas y cuando bajamos a buscar a la dependienta, ésta se encontraba en nuestra habitación sin que nadie le hubiera permitido la entrada, limpiando lo que pudo antes de que regresaramos. Hasta el chico de la limpieza se reia de sus insinuaciones. En fin, no volveria a este hotel en mi vida, falta de humildad por parte de la dependienta y como saben que no tienes mucha mas opcion que aceptar se niegan a cualquier cosa que solicites
One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its excellent location. It is conveniently located very close to the subway station, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, providing guests with many dining and shopping options within walking distance.
Although the staff did their best to keep the room clean and comfortable, the overall condition of the facilities was disappointing. The bed, mattress, and carpet appeared old and worn out, likely due to the age of the hotel.
Only one elevator was operational during our stay, which caused inconvenience. The room did not have a mirror, and the bathroom design was problematic. There was no proper drainage on the floor, causing the washroom to remain wet most of the time. Additionally, the shower curtain was too small, allowing water to spill onto the bathroom floor after every use.
While we appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff, the hotel would benefit greatly from renovations and upgrades to improve the guest experience.
