Pros:

The front desk staff helped with what they could.

Cons:

The hotel is selling like it was a luxury item, however. It needs a renovation. If it just told people this is it and booked the rooms as it, fine. But the towels were flimsy, need to buy new ones. The lighting was poor. The bathroom had a noise after you flushed. Used the shower or the sink. The bathtub had burn marks a little caulking did not work. It was not worth $200 + a night. Let alone $400+ a night in the weekends. The carpet needed cleaning. The bedsheets needed to be thrown out and bought new ones even if you went to a local Clearance sale. At least they would of been new. There was no microwave in the rooms. There was no refrigerator in the room. I had to ask for one. There was no real light in the elevators. And the elevators were scary. The staff did what they could to accommodate. But man what a dump... please renovate. A phone in the bathroom? And you also felt like you were being monitored. There was no sense of being On Vacation. The coffee maker was dirty. I will not return nor reccomend. And theres a resort Fee! How? For what? No amenities. At all! Awful. Just awful. Felt like a welfare hotel. And i might have money now but I did come from a very poor family and spent some time in a welfare hotel. It was such an awful trigger. But I stood the 3 days due to already paying up front. To be honest I want my money back.

It is ok for a short stay, but I would not recommend for several day trip.
Pros:

Great & convenient in terms of logistics location. Walking distance from the Central park. The metro station is just 3 minutes walk away.

Cons:

Quite shabby interior, noisy air conditioning system outside, which you cannot switch off.

Overall, I would definitely be back to stay.
Pros:

I liked how the property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best feeling. It was soft, and relaxing. I slept like a baby. I also liked the location. All the stores were near the hotel. I was able to go where I wanted to go because it was near the train station. Plus overall.

Cons:

I didn't like how my room didn't have a fridge, nor microwave.

Old building, but great location and nice staff
Pros:

Great location to roam around the city. The staff was really kind and they stored our luggage after the checkout so we could explore the city easily before leaving on our flight.

Cons:

The building is old, so are the rooms and everything in them. Don't expect anything fancy, but it's good for its price.

- proche d'une station de métro;
- restaurant et cafés aux alentours ;

Cons:

- chambre un peu vétuste (porte serviette et dérouleur de papier toilette rouillés, carreaux au sol cassés, moquette au sol) ;
- climatisation bruyante ;
- pas de petit déjeuner sur place ;
- parking possible mais cher (90$ pour 2 jours) ;
