Cons:

O hotel é muito inferior ao que parece nas fotos. Sujo e o chuveiro não funcionava adequadamente. A localização é boa, proximo ao metrô, mas realmente não vale a pena.

Pros:

Exceptionally friendly front desk staff with great local suggestions! The hotel was dated but clean and a good value. Lots of food choices nearby and very easy access to the subway. They had the little things you often have to ask for waiting for us in the bathroom.

Cons:

Bathroom was pretty small. The AC was pretty weak but it was a very hot that day and we were on the top floor. The water in the shower never really got warm but again it was a very hot day so I didn't really mind.

I enjoyed the many times would like to see a senior discount someday and lower prices.
Pros:

Staff and bed,, though it also needs a microwave and newer rugs.

Cons:

The rugs in elevator and mirrors seemed old and warn and the entrance rug as well. I grew up in this area and would love to see all of this looking better because the staff is just wonderful.

Exatamente dentro do mínimo esperado
Pros:

A localização é ótima, ao lado de uma estação de metrô, próximo ao Central Park e da orla do rio Hudson. A limpeza é como se espera. Os produtos de banho oferecidos pelo hotel são muito bons e bem cheirosos.

Cons:

É um hotel que oferece apenas o básico que o hotel deve oferecer, mas o preço é bem caro.

lastima que la primera se quedo por debajo de lo esperado

I wanted to like this place. I really did.

The location is excellent. A short walk from Central Park made starting my mornings with a run around the reservoir easy and the highlight of my stay. The complimentary coffee was thoughtful, the closet space was useful, the shower had good water pressure, and the air conditioning worked.

Cons:

Unfortunately, everything else was a complete nightmare.

The room had a persistent urine odor. The walls were so thin that privacy was practically nonexistent, and the nearby buildings looked directly into the room.

What disappointed me most, though, was the staff. During my stay, I witnessed a front desk attendant openly making fun of job applicants while complaining about having to conduct interviews. It set the tone for the entire experience. The general demeanor of the staff felt harsh.

I found myself tiptoeing around the property because it just never felt clean or comfortable. It was one of those rare places where I couldn’t wait to leave.

I know it’s inexpensive, and that’s tempting in New York. But my advice is simple: spend the extra money. You will thank you.

We needed a bed and that was it.
Pros:

Location was nice. The amenities in the bathroom were a surprise. The staff were nice.

Cons:

The hotel needs a facelift. It seems dirty the lifts were awful. Just clean and vaccume in the lift grooves. We stayed in a different hotel each night for a week. This was the MOST expensive (dynamic pricing) and yet the oldest.
