Friendly staff, clean, comfortable:)
I booked our reservation through Booking.com and later canceled only our Friday night stay through the site. The cancellation was approved, but Booking.com apparently failed to communicate the change correctly to the hotel.
When we arrived, Hilton told us that our entire reservation had been marked as a “no-show” and that our room had been released to other guests. We received no phone call, email, or other notification from the hotel before our room was given away. Had someone contacted us, we could have explained the situation and potentially resolved the issue before arriving.
Because no room was available, our family had to drive three hours back home. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful, showed little empathy, and made no effort to assist us in finding another hotel.
Even more concerning, the guest ahead of us was given a key to a room that was already occupied. She opened the door and found another family inside. This was a serious privacy and safety issue.
Overall, this was a terrible experience involving poor communication, unacceptable customer service, and concerning room-security practices. I would not recommend this hotel.
Beautiful and clean

stayed three nights, never had the room cleaned or even the towels changed. on my last morning at 7am , the maids came knocking on the door walking us up, saying the room was supposed to be vacant.

We were in the area for childs sporting event. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay at again!
Desk person was efficient and polite when i checked in really late.
We continue to stay here for its location and the friendly, competent staff.
