Hotel was nice staff was very professional.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and hot items were hot. Coffee could have been hotter.

Cons:

Only problem, there were 2 people in our room but only had 1 washcloth. Everything else good. Would stay again.

All in all it was adequate.
Pros:

The room was fine. The beds were very comfortable. Our card keys did not work initially, but young man came to our aid right away & had to get other room keys. He did a great job.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. The food was just okay. No seats available to sit down. Was told to go around the corner to a room with tables. Could not find the room. Turns out it was locked up. When got into the room there were 2 big rolling baskets (?) maybe for laundry, or trash ? Coffee was not hot, only lukewarm. There were no muffins or pastries.

Pros:

Check in woman was polite and courteous.

Cons:

Unclean. Hairs all over the bathroom floor. Definitely was not vacuumed or sweeped. Shower was unclean as well. Toilet paper is like sandpaper. The bathroom contracting work is poor. Unprofessionally done grout work etc.

Not the first time I’ve stayed here, and it was better in the past
Pros:

Location was great. Very close to everything in Scranton but out of the way enough not to worry about parking and such.

Cons:

Three long black hairs on the sheet and it was somewhat wrinkled leading me to believe it hadn’t been washed. I did happen to see whom I presumed to be the housekeeper at a later time in our visit. Her hair matched what was left on the bed so I’m guessing she left a few behind while making it. She was also standing by the front desk berating the night desk guy about his inability to accomplish anything at all during his shift. Looks to me like there are areas of improvement available for both staff members

Our sink was clogged. We only got 1 wash clothes each time they cleaned for 2 people there was a wasp nest outside back entrance my boyfriend got stung. The cable wasn't clear & no way to sign into Netflix & 1 day no meat at 730 at breakfast. Yes it was that bad but the staff were friendly
