It was our first time to Canada and everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and newly renovated.
Pros:

Everything was renovated and up to date, clean and well located.

Cons:

No clock in the room. No microwave in the room. The breakfast should have been complimentary since we paid $499 per night. The breakfast cost was too much for what was available.

Hilton like it used to be!!!
Pros:

Off an Alaskan cruise, 3 days in Vancouver. Arrived way prior to check in and they had our room available. Very Nice. Room was spacious and beautiful. Staff were helpful and courteous. Food was excellent.

l'EMPLACEMENT ET LE PERSONNEL

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas du tout été satisfaits de la chambre 216. Il était impossible de dormir. Un bruit permanent dans les environs immédiats (générateur ou ventilation) était audible. Lorsque nous nous sommes couchés, nous avions l'impression d'avoir bu 5 espressos. On pouvait ressentir une nervosité intérieure dans tout le corps. Ce sentiment peut, par exemple, être causé par les rayonnements d'une station électrique. Au cours des 10 derniers jours, nous avons voyagé en Colombie-Britannique (BC) et nous avons très bien dormi chaque nuit. C'est pourquoi j'en viens à la conclusion que quelque chose a dû perturber de manière extrême le confort de notre sommeil. Comme nous étions pressés, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en parler aux réceptionnistes lors du départ, d'autant plus qu'elles étaient très occupées. Nous attendons une explication de la part de l'hôtel Hilton.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal und die Ausstattung sind wirklich sehr gut! Wir konnten früher einchecken und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und man hatte wirklich alles. Am Pool konnte man sich entspannen.
Der Shuttle zum Flughafen war toll, unkompliziert und im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, man findet aber auf jeden Fall etwas.
