Great time . Food was excellent. First time visitors to Waterford but will definitely be back

Proximity to the river and short walk to other bars.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very centrally located for our visit to the theatre. Very good breakfast with friendly staff. Large room with bed and sofa bed.

Pros:

The check in was easy, we were upgraded to a more superior room, which was a lovely surprise.
The hotel staff were all very pleasant. The food in the bar was very good and breakfast choices were varied.

Comfortable, clean, polite staff. No upsets.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. I was able to adjust the heat and open the window which is important to me. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. The breakfast was just par, cafeteria style, but it was ok. I really liked the view looking over the river from my room.

Cons:

Tiny waste bin made it hard to throw garbage out. Slightly worn bathroom fixtures but that was minor. Overall it was comfortable and nothing really troubled me. The staff was polite.

Welcoming Clean Secure Car Parking Walking distance to all museums and Centre of city

Cons:

a bottle of water in room would just add that extra

Cons:

Poor pillows very hard would expect quality pillows in a 4 * hotel. Breakfast was alright with a decent selection. First hotel I've ever stayed in with no residents bar.
