Pros:

Very central - lovely staff - very comfortable room.

Cons:

Breakfast was much better than on our previous visits. More variety. Hot food could have been hotter - that was our only recommendation for improvement.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing .. loads to choose from

Cons:

My room was above the hotel entrance .. some of the guest were smoking there .. could smell it from room

Pros:

Although located inside a street, at the backside of residential buildings, Location was still the best part. Walking distance to the Viking triangle. Staff were very good. We needed help to cast from mobile to TV and a member of staff came to the room in less than 5 minutes. Very respectable and responsive. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Despite being a four star hotel there was no Mini fridge, microwave, smart TV (only regular TV was there) or spa and pool facilities which could elevate the stay with this price bracket.

Ok. Could be better.
Pros:

Good location, good bathroom

Cons:

The mattress is very hard, the pillows aren't fluffy, and both seem to be very old. There's no cooling system in the room. The room is always extremely hot.

Great hotel !
Pros:

I loved how clean and tidy everywhere was, bedrooms, corridors, dining area, bar, all spotless. Staff all very pleasant. Bed linen was sparkling white, the best I've seen in a long time. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Decor throughout the hotel was fabulous. Breakfast was great. Ample food available, helpful, efficient staff, and gluten free bread available on request. Easy check in and out process. Coffee machine and kettle in bedroom, which was good.About a 10 minute walk to shopping areas. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing really. The press down plug was broke in the wash hand basin in the bathroom but I didn't need it anyway so it didn't matter.
