It's like walking into a world where everything is just the best it could possibly be.
Pros:

It's so beautiful- one of my absolutely favourite hotels. Pure class, and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff who are always completely professional.

Cons:

You'd have to be incredibly picky not to love this place.

A wonderful treat in a fantastic location
Pros:

We first went to this hotel 3 years ago. I honestly don't know why we left it so long to go back. It is wonderful. It hasn't diminished in any way in 3 years, which is rare.

A tranquil, romantic getaway for a couple of nights in the lake district.
Pros:

Location was outstanding. One of the best views of lake Windermere. Outside of the busy tourist district but only five minutes drive away. Food at Henrock was amazing and a lovely breakfast too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we had to leave earlier than expected.

Cons:

The room was too small and dominated by a king size bed with no room to move around in. Only one chair was provided for although two of us were occupying it. The wardrobe was very small and we would have struggled to put our clothes in it. There was nowhere to put our luggage and for something classed as a superior room it was both very disappointing and misleading, definitely not worth the price tag.

Pros:

我在吃早餐的时候不小心把菜撒到身上，负责点单的绅士非常和善地帮助我处理，非常感谢他。不仅只有他，还有前台的女士也非常热心。帮助我和朋友在离开的时候预定了一辆出租车，为我们的旅行画上了圆满的句号。

A lovely couple of days over the Christmas holidays in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Our suite and the communal areas are beautifully presented with just the right level of mixture of modern comforts and cozy English countryside. The artwork around the hotel is very engaging and interesting. The food is delicious and presented also as work of art.

Cons:

The walk up the hill to our suite after dark is not well lit.
