Magnificent hotel in the most breath-taking setting! Wish we had stayed longer!
Pros:

A breathtaking setting, with magnificent gardens and a spectacular location right on Lake Windermere. The staff were excellent—quietly attentive, warm and engaging when we had questions, without ever being intrusive. We also enjoyed the excellent wine list and high-quality Conservatory Dining Menu. A truly beautiful and memorable stay.

Cons:

We had a garden room - the shower was a little tiny but it was adequate. Lovely toiletries though.

立地　部屋のインテリアなどとても良い

Cons:

夜の料理のテンポが悪い．
パンを下さいと言ったがなかなか来ず、オーダーした前菜が１つ忘れられて指摘したらメインの後で持って来られた。

お行儀の悪い中国人さんが宿泊されていて、不愉快だった。

It was great to be back as a guest, rather than an employee from many moons a go.
Pros:

The changes to the hotel are wonderful and the grounds are transformed.

A Lake District treat.
Pros:

Linthwaite House is a pretty spectacular place. Its location for views of the lake, is ideal. It's a little out of town, but you could walk, if you are of that persuasion. The room was beautiful with all that you needed for a stopover. We were a very short walk from the hotel, but that was fine for us. There is a buggy service if you need it. Simon Rogan's restaurant is well worth a try if you enjoy fine dining.

Wonderful hotel. Looks as if it comes straight from a fairy tale. Art everywhere. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

We had a very small room. The bed was too small for 2 persons. The price we paid is completely out of proportion to the room we booked.

بصراحه لن أكرر الإقامة فيه وسأكتفي بزيارة اللاونج والبار مستقبلاً للإستمتاع بإطلالة الفندق
Pros:

إطلالة الفندق رائعة جداً ومرافق الفندق اللاونج والمطعم إطلالتهم ساحرة إضافة لحديقة الفندق كانت خلابة جداً ، لكن موقع الفندق بعيد عن الخدمات وتحتاج 30 دقيقة مشي حتى تصل لسنتر المدينة

كانت الغرفة متسخه حتى أن مفرش السرير كانت رائحته قذرة اضطررت لتغطيته حتى استطيع النوم عليه ، الماء في دورة المياة يحتاج فترة طويلة حتى يصبح دافئاً عند تشغيله وبالنسبة لمطعم هينروك داخل الفندق قد يكون جيداً لذائقة الشعوب الأخرى لكني لا أنصح به أبداً للخليجين والعرب الطعم لا يناسب ذائقتنا تركت الطعام كما هو حتى أن رائحته سببت لي غثيان رهيب وغادرت دون أن أأكل من الأطباق الرئيسة شيئاً ، لكن خدمة الموظفين كانت رائعة ، بالنسبه للإفطار كان متواضع جداً ولم يكن متنوع بشكل كبير

Heaven by the lakes.
Pros:

This is by far, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location, the staff and the facilities are all you can dream of in a hotel and then some. We loved it!!!

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longer!!!
