Excellent property with terrific staff who are very hospitable
Pros:

The breakfast staff was excellent and the food was excellent. Reception staff helped us plan our trip very well.

Cons:

The prices need to be reduced to make it more affordable

The location the view the food are all fantastic.

The mattress is too old and soft, sleeping for two nights my back was painful.

The Gym is way too small and do not want to stay there.

المكان متعة بصرية محاط بحدائق وغابة صغيرة وبحيرة واماكن جلسات خيال ومنظر من الاعلى لقرية ويندرمير

Cons:

بعيد شوي عن السنتر يحتاج مشي مسافة كيلو ونصف الى كيلومترين ولكن يتوفر تطبيق الاوبر . الافطار لم يكن كالمعتاد كان افضل في السابق . وحجز الغرف لايكون الا مع الافطار لو جعلوا الافطار اختياري لكان افضل

المنظر عجيب من حديقة الفندق توجد فيه بحيرة صغيرة وممشى بين الاشجار والورود المكان هادىء فيه جلسات حلوة

Cons:

شوي بعيد عن السنتى مسافة كيلوين اذا بتمشي بس يستاهل تسكن فيه . الافطار ماعجبنا نهائيا هذه المرة مع ان سابقا كان افضل

Magnificent hotel in the most breath-taking setting! Wish we had stayed longer!
Pros:

A breathtaking setting, with magnificent gardens and a spectacular location right on Lake Windermere. The staff were excellent—quietly attentive, warm and engaging when we had questions, without ever being intrusive. We also enjoyed the excellent wine list and high-quality Conservatory Dining Menu. A truly beautiful and memorable stay.

Cons:

We had a garden room - the shower was a little tiny but it was adequate. Lovely toiletries though.

立地　部屋のインテリアなどとても良い

Cons:

夜の料理のテンポが悪い．
パンを下さいと言ったがなかなか来ず、オーダーした前菜が１つ忘れられて指摘したらメインの後で持って来られた。

お行儀の悪い中国人さんが宿泊されていて、不愉快だった。
