Rancho Cordova Inn

The room was smelly and musty. The TV didn't work, the cable kept going out. I had no towels. I didn't feel safe.

The pictures are not updated. Our room was a king bed suite. There was just a king bed and one night stand. The phone didn’t even have a Jack to plug into the wall. I didn’t see a smoke alarm. The hotel room smelled like cleaning stuff with a mix of old Kim chee. 2 small towels for a shower. For 2 people mind you and a small hand towel. No floor mat, no coffee maker, no blow dryer, no iron. Flies were buzzing around so I killed those. Slept with lights on cause I feared roaches from the reviews. Left that room spotless and still haven’t seen my deposit. There was no noise thank God. Didn’t even bother with the pool. Hotel sign is all covered up. Will not stay here again. Hopefully they revamp the place… I was totally disappointed. I am thankful however for the clean fridge and the nice tv. You guys need to get it together.

Don’t stay there there cheep but not worth it found bed bugs abd drugs in Room

Pictures are no accurate--the place is much more beaten and dirty than supposed by the listing. The whole place feels unsafe and insecure. In all honesty, I have a hard time believing this is a real hotel. Sketchy people around, dirty room, low quality amenities, and bare minimum regarding soap, toilet paper, etc. I will never stay here again, nor recommend it.

Honestly it wasn’t bad, I’ve only seen 2 bugs in my room, not a problem for me. But one thing is that I’m 6ft and the queen bed wasn’t big enough. Me laying down in the bed my feet was hanging off the bed, so if your 6ft or taller I wouldn’t recommend the queen bed.

It not good part of town people hang out out in parking lot all night.

dirty and rude staff

Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Only 1 towel for a 2 person night. One of the beds had visible dust on it. Felt sketchy outside at night.

Looked like I booked my second hotel in the projects. Room had a horrible sour smell, dried up used washcloth twisted into shower curtain, the one towel front desk gave me had a huge hole in it,
Was being poked on the mattress. Turned out they were chips bits between the dirty mattress protector and sheet. Oh and the floor was covered in ltttle bits of gems. Just not enough detail given to cleaning.
The door between suits was not a fire door. Offered no sound protection either and the first two nights the neighbours I finally knocked on said door at midnight and second night at two am. Final night between the person being beat up and upstairs stomping onto floor/ceiling till 3:30.
People yelling and fighting This is not a peaceful holiday hotel. Breakfast if you get there past 8:30 chances are the food will be gone. Cops said they are there daily.

Very noisy place and did smell smog all night. The office didn't do anything about people partying all night. The worst place I ever stayed.

Good customer service for a very affordable price room

The breakfast bar was terrible because it opened up at seven, but by the time we got there around 8:25 almost all of the food in the breakfast bar was gone. The manager had a hard time refilling the item in the breakfast bar. There was a lot of noise around 1 o’clock in the morning, a lot of banging and slamming doors from other guests

Clerk was friendly, ac worked and bed was comfortable. Would stay again

Dirty, leaky shower fixtures,csusing the floor to sink. No bath towels, no hairdryer. No garbage can for waste, electrical wires exposed..

Terrible, hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. Horrible area. Did not even check in, went and got another hotel instead. Should definitely update hotel info and photos.

It was horrible

Horrible staff, roaches, dishonest, unethical. Tried to up charge me for my already paid for reservation and would not let me check in unless I paid them additional money, saying that as of that day their rate was now higher. I prepaid two weeks prior. Dirtyroom and roaches.
Stay away from this place!

Nothing much but clean room

this place is under construction; however, still no excuse for dirty gritty floor, no room refresh at all over the entire 7 day stay, no replacement towels, no trash emptied, no replacement toilet paper - bought our own. room key needed replacing twice. would never recommend staying there. actually will never use hotels.com again for anything either, obviously they do no follow up on properties they are offering.
