Great value stay near the Moffitt Cancer Center
Pros:

Great value for the location next to the Moffitt Cancer Center. Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces conveniently located near hotel. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast also offers a fruit bowl that was excellent. The staff members were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some cosmetic changes need to be made in the bathroom. The refrigerator whined throughout the night. It probably has to be replaced because it only stopped twice during the night.

For the price it was ok

We are considering moving to another hotel. We are going to Moffitt for treatment and need rest.
Pros:

We liked that the carpet in the rooms have been switched to tile. The breakfast was wonderful! Ani is a gem, such a huge asset for this property.

Cons:

The bed bugs and the mold in the shower stalls. Of the three rooms we stayed in this week, only one shower was mold free. The room on the fourth floor had no mold, BUT the bathroom door was shedding what looked like the insulation of the door onto the bathroom floor. Almost looked like someone had taken a sledge hammer to it. My husband is receiving chemotherapy at Moffitt and it is very important to have very clean rooms. The hotel had a ton of kids and dogs. It was difficult for my husband to relax when we got back to our room. The halls were very noisy with kids and animals running up and down our hallway.
