Studio 6 Extended Stay Findlay Tiffin Avenue OH

When we got to the hotel, we had to wait 10 minutes or so just for the front desk staff to get there after ringing the bell numerous times. The 1st room was filthy! Had to ask to switch rooms. When I asked to switch rooms, the manager said “This isn’t the Hilton so don’t expect it to be immaculate.” The 2nd room was better but not by much. I ended up going to Dollar Tree and got some cleaning supplies and cleaned the main areas we were going to use.

kitchen area was old and worn out. stovetop not useable. no amminities at all. nothing to cook with, no utensils at all, not even a glass to get a drink of water. no soap, shampoo or anything in the bathroom, only one wash cloth. AC was very loud. curtins cover AC so it does not blow into the room unless you keep curtains open or find a way to tuck up the curtains. staff was nice on check in, but terrible and rude after check out. it's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting to get my deposit back. They don't care at all.

Property was cleanish but still dirty in the corners. Security is poor front door was open all night with limited front desk. Pool was closed.

The room wasn't cleaned well, the blankets (or lack of) were very, very thin! The beds had 2inches of dust under them, when we tried to check out there wasn't any staff to do so! We left hoping we'd get our deposit back whenever the staff got in to check our room!

Manager inexperience in hospitality industry. Over booked rooms, canceled reservations for some guests even though reservations were done months in advance.
Hotel rooms w/kitchenettes were nice, would've been better if they provided kitchen supplies ie: pots and pans, plates utensils and coffee pot etc. The staff told several guests that I was providing coffee for those that complained about there being coffee cups but no coffee available and even gave out my room #. I never said that or agreed to that.

No coffee at all anywhere on site. No hair dryer in bathroom. Had kitchen with no plates or silverware or pans. No breakfast

Dirty. Dirty carpets. Bad internet service, microwave don’t work. Charges a security fee which was not listed on your site, and yet to be reimbursed for that fee.

Wolf spider in sink, unexpected charges, supposed to be an extended stay place no dishes or anything, way overpriced.

Management very angry and hostile

After arrival we had to wait around 40 minutes to get checked in as nobody was at front desk. They also charged us a $10 non-refundable room cleaning fee if we stayed less than 7 days??? And a $2 per day utility fee ??? Ive never EVER heard of a hotel charging either of these charges? So ultimately we were charged to clean our room after check out which is generally included in room rental fee and we had to put in towards the electric bill??? 🤔

I got to my room it was so hot they had the windows open it was raining the room smelled like animal pee the bathroom door was closed when I opened it heat was pouring out their was a hole in the ceiling and full of black mold . When I asked for my money back they refused.

I would have liked soap to wash my hands. I would have liked for there to have been something in the kitchen such as cup, plate, utensils. But all cabinets were empty. I would have liked complimentary toiletries. The noise was unbearable. The running, stomping, and pounding from the room above me went on from 8pm to 4am. Then started back up at 630am. There was no front desk staff to complain to. Could hear the noise as if they were in the room with me and the running and pounding was so hard it shook my room. The noise in the halls was terrible. I got zero rest and had a 4 hour drive after check out. A partial refund would have been nice.

I would have a hard time finding one thing I liked I will never ever ever stay there again
