We’ve always stayed at this hotel prior to flying out of Tulsa International Airport. On our last stay, my husband forgot his gold and diamond ring on the nightstand. We know that this is where he left it, without a doubt. We called the hotel that evening when we realized he had forgotten it and to make a long story short, we had to call back several times and talk to multiple managers before we could get the answer we did not want to hear……”sorry, but housekeeping did not find your ring”
We will never stay there again since we are certain this heirloom and valuable ring was absolutely stolen from us. Management did not offer anything other than a lame apology that it was not found.
When I checked in Michael was the best. However the person that was on duty in the morning at 3 was more worried about his McDonald delivery than answering my questions

Getting old
staff was great until final check-out.
Clerk was alone and a bad time was happening with a person trying to pay for breakfast with food stamps. He was not happy with way he was treated, and unfortunately we were the next in line. I am disabled and can't climb into the hotel van.
I found out when I had arrive in the van from the airport. That driver worked around the problem by using 3 person lift that was very effective. The clerk was very certain the driver could get me into the van, I was not. I asked for a taxi, she replied she had no number for taxi company. She looked online and after a few minutes came back with yellow Cab clerk who said they don't handle cab rides for disabled folks. During this quiet standoff the original driver arrives and teaches the other driver his technique of loading chair bound guests,

hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, rooms clean tidy for the price, stay was comfortable
Staff at reception was terrible well a guy. i had booked 3 rooms for 3 ppl and he cancelled one which we had already paid for. Guy was not in fit state to be in his job, only a nice lady helped the following morning.

There was no pool even though there were signs for one, our TV didn't work in our room so they gave us a new room. Overall pretty good, just a little run down.
