I can not say enough about how great this hotel isa and it is because of the Staff, Ian Micheal and the women who were so accommodating and just went out of there way to help me. I was stuck in Atlanta duetto weather without sleep or luggage! Delta rebooked me for a am flight, first thing ( Michael nancelled my reservation for that night! I got in about 11am and looked as bad as I felt. I needed a shower badly andhadtomake my granddaughter sballet recital!I forget her name but the manager switched y roomsoIcouldget into it early and I got to sleep before. The recital No one has ever been that kind to me , Alsoi ate. Breakfast at the hotel 2 times !Notonly was it affordable but also delicious, YOU HAVE A GREAT STaff! Lastyour new beds are wonderful. I slept like a rock. Every time I come to Tulsa this is my hotel
Only the fact that it was near the airport.
Never allow them to put you in room 151. I didn't like the smell of mold, the rust in the bathtub, the filthy carpet, The cabinet that held the coffee pot was completely water damaged at the bottom. Awful to look at.
The close proximity to the airport. Employees were super nice and helpful.

We’ve always stayed at this hotel prior to flying out of Tulsa International Airport. On our last stay, my husband forgot his gold and diamond ring on the nightstand. We know that this is where he left it, without a doubt. We called the hotel that evening when we realized he had forgotten it and to make a long story short, we had to call back several times and talk to multiple managers before we could get the answer we did not want to hear……”sorry, but housekeeping did not find your ring”
We will never stay there again since we are certain this heirloom and valuable ring was absolutely stolen from us. Management did not offer anything other than a lame apology that it was not found.
When I checked in Michael was the best. However the person that was on duty in the morning at 3 was more worried about his McDonald delivery than answering my questions
