We where put in a room that should have been closed off to any customers for at least a week, as the tiles as you walked into the bathroom on the floor were all loose, I caught my foot on them as they all came up, could have been a lot worse if I had walked in in the dark, and probably cut my feet or fallen even,we told the desk clerk, she said it was unacceptable, and sent maintenance person to set the tiles down, that would have been fine for the hotel to get their floor sorted, but when we went back into the room later on in the day, I walked on them, and obviously they moved because they need days to dry, and they hadn't even cleaned the floor after, so there was grouting all over the floor, which I cleaned up, just wrong, we should never have been put in that room, unacceptable, we were given the managers email from the desk clerk so we contacted the manager, Sophie was her name, and we sent pictures too the clerk told us to, we haven't received any feedback, acknowledge, nothing, she should have acknowledged our email at least, we shouldn't have paid all that money, for a motel 6 bathroom

Nice hotel great location
Pros:

Liked the rooms location and size.

Cons:

You had to ask for fresh towels. There were 3 of us and for the 4 days we stayed towels were not picked up or changed. Also the fact there was no resturant restroom fercilities down stairs.

Great location , clean and good staff
Pros:

Location great. Lovely historical building. Very clean, although the rooms are dated.
Liked I received a list of restaurant recommendations which I used.

Cons:

Room dates but very clean. The reason for my rating of 7 was I had a cold shower. No warm / hot water for my shower. I let it run for a good while but still cold.

W杯期間中ということもあったかもしれませんが簡単な英語しか話せずとも翻訳機を使ったりして臨機応変かつ、丁寧に対応して頂きました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かり受け取りもスムーズに対応して頂けました。

Cons:

サービス、客室、ロケーション、良かったのですが2階トイレの鍵が壊れていました。
それ以外は特に問題なく快適に過ごしました！

Disappointing, I doubt there are repeat customers unless there are nefarious reasons to be there.
Pros:

If you want in the heart of the city? Absolutely. The reviews mentioned slow valets but that was not the case. It was quick. Bedding and towels were clean and sanitized.

Cons:

IT WAS HOT IN THE ROOM. Literally sweat dripping down my face HOT. Ridiculously hot, could not sleep due to the heat. The carpet was damp due to the humid wet heat in the rooms.
The windows were FILTHY! See pic below to reflect a pic of the windows from the double room. The suites windows were filthy too but less filthy.
