Location was great, staff was helpful, the hotel tells a story
Pros:

I liked that they have preserved the character of the hotel, the history and the location was great

Cons:

Definitely needs some renovating, carpet in the rooms needs replacing; walls need some painting as well. Valet was $45, no private parking

Location and the view from my room

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel started off very poorly. The night we arrived, the man working at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive toward both my husband and me. Instead of welcoming us or helping us with our check-in, his attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we walked in.

Another major issue is the parking situation. When booking the hotel, it is not clearly stated that parking must be paid separately and that guests are only allowed to park through valet service. The valet parking costs $48, which is more than half the price of the room we paid for. That is honestly outrageous and feels very misleading.

Between the poor customer service and the unexpected parking cost, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the hotel improves both their transparency about additional fees and the way guests are treated at the front desk.

Disappointing and never again will I book online without seeing the property

The property was old and not like the pictures. The rooms were old and outdated and a trucker bathroom while driving across country looks better and more sanitized than our bathroom was period

Fun location, good value.
Pros:

Cute historical building with beautiful architecture. Fun area of downtown, easy walk to art district, the ATT park is right across the street.

Cons:

I suppose bc older building the air conditioning is not really able to keep up so the rooms get a little stuffy

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre assez grande et confortable. Service de voiturier pour garer la voiture très appréciable. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a une cafétéria juste à côté de l'hôtel. Il y a également un food court juste en face de l'hôtel.
