Clean but in need of serious renovation.
Pros:

Location was perfect.

Cons:

It’s outdated. TV is the size of my monitor at home and isn’t a smart tv. It’s also very dark. Bathrooms need serious renovations but it’s clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife was happy, which made me happy! ; )
Pros:

We really liked this hotel. While it was quite old, which is something we liked about it, it was also ver well kept and in a great location!

Cons:

The TV was pretty darn dated....it was like turning on a TV in 2010 or something. It was both small and outdated. I was surprised they hadn't updated that with TV's being so cheap now.

Definitely a spot that all should try if staying in Downtown Dallas.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful original buildings.

Cons:

The AC do not work in my original room but I was giving an upgrade which was a plus.

I loved the location and how spacious the rooms were!

Cons:

My room stayed a little warm. Would have liked for it to have been cooler and have a fan in the room.

Very nice and clean room with a great view of the city

Cons:

Hotel basically forces you to use valet because regular parking lot isn't connected to hotel " it's down the street and you still have to pay there as well" . Then at checkout time you have to wait literally a hour and a half for the valet the made you pay for to finally bring your car to the front of the hotel! The leave will be horrible here everytime if it's multiple guests checking out

Cool theater theme, comfortable room. Good value.
Pros:

Room, view, comfy bed. Loved the decor- especially the room number signs. Easy walk to find restaurants.

Cons:

Hall rugs smelled musty, rug in room always felt damp. Wi-Fi was weak.
