On the weekend it was very busy and lots of people by the hotel but on the weekday it was nice and calm and th location

Pros:

Location is walkable to most attractions in downtown Dallas. Room was nice and spacious. Valet staff was helpful and kind.

Bar was not open, entryway nears some sprucing up.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Tuve una estancia inmejorable en este hotel. Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables, baño grande, limpieza impecable y staff muy cercano, amable y profesional.

Cons:

Cobran un depósito de 100 dólares al hacer el check in, eso es normal. El problema es que en mi caso tardaron más de un mes en hacerme la devolución del importe.
No es un problema del hotel, sino de su banco, pero deben negociar los plazos con su entidad bancaria porque no es normal tener retenidos 100 dólares durante un mes.

I liked the location and the lobby was beautiful. It was right in downtown town, walking distance from everywhere.

Cons:

Valet was confusing.. rooms were outdated carpet with stains on the higher floors.. it just needs an update
