It was nice
The hot water did not work
It's a nice hotel, and I like the area.
On my confirmation email, it stated they have free breakfast. They do not have breakfast at all. Breakfast is one of the reasons we picked that hotel. Also,I read somewhere that the front desk would have quarters if we needed them for laundry, they never had quarters, not one time. The main negative aspect of the stay was the parking situation. If your going to have any kind of business downtown, you should make sure to have parking for your customers. I didn't know until I checked in that they only have valet. For $51 a night. So we had to park on the street. I spent close to $1000 for our 27 day stay. Unacceptable. No restaurant or bar at the hotel, so no room service... No business center... No pool.
Fantastic historic building with great original features, great location, clean rooms, good gym, helpful staff and at a great price.
For the price, everything is excellent. However the hotel could do with some extra investment.
The decor could do with a refresh and the windows need cleaning for the amazing views.
They need more staff on the check-in desk as the lovely chap who was working there had to deal with about 10 guests trying to check in on his own. Ideally they should have breakfast facilities for a hotel of this size in central Dallas and I'd bring back the nightly milk and cookies which was always a hallmark of the magnolia.
I didn't have it.
It was a little noisy

The valet parking was a nightmare. The valet guys were friendly but so overwhelmed. I sat in my car outside the hotel twice in the road for over an hour waiting for my car to get parked. Was not worth the $48 a night I paid for the parking. I contacted management to let them know how ridiculous that was and he could care less. Would not recommend unless you find your own parking
The reception staff do not attend to customers well.
Localizacao
Hotel muito velho colcheoes ruins, velhos. Quarto muito antigo e falta de flexibilidade no check-out.Pedimos 1 hora a mais no late check-out e nao nos permitiram mesmo o hotel estando vazio.
Location
Toilet plugged up, having to ask for wash cloths, towels, toilet paper
The hotel was beautiful and gave grandiose feeling which was absolutely perfect for the occasion.
The AC in the room was below standard and the room was uncomfortable hot and stuffy.
The room had a water leak and they kept calling even at 11 o’clock at night
