Cherry Creek is a great location, it was more of the upkeep of the hotel, there was mold and cracks but convenient for a quick sleep
This was absolutely absurd! No one should have to stay in a place like this ever! The pictures need to be updated because this place has fallen apart. This place needs an inspection, it needs an update, it is absolutely horrifying. I deserve my money back. To not feel safe in the environment to know my door won’t lock appropriately. To know I can’t shower. To know DNA is all over the walls from blood and GOD only knows what else. I would have rather slept outside than ever visit this place again. This really put a stain on my trip to Denver. It was me and friends birthday and to end our night in this vile mess is a disgrace
I watched a man do some sort of needled drugs a few doors down from my room. The room smelled of dust and cigarette smoke, everything was minimum on cleanliness and conveniences that it was still cost more money than what it was worth. Staff was nice
Not really a place for families. Cheap near bus stops. Good for single travelers. Dont bring ur significant other unless u gona keep her blindfolded the whole stay.
poorly maintaned and horrible condition of room
All the way from Vegas last minute with all my troubles Olga and her staff was friendly and considerate! Room was nice and Clean.
Very nice staff. Rooms arent the best but functional. Ty
When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me they was closed and my reservation never came in so I had to leave the property and go find me somewhere else to stay so I got to charge for a hotel I can check in and I was only 15 minutes away so it wasn't like I was crosstown on anything like that,
We didn't get the room we booked because the hotel was full. When we got to our room there was only one pillow on the bed and no blankets. When I went to the front desk she said that's all they had and couldn't give me my money back for the room I originally paid for. We left and did not stay the night.
The first room they had us in, the door would'nt open so they moved us to a different room. Then at 7:30 am front desk comes knocking and says, "you are not allowed in this room" we state that the receptionist moved us bc we could not open the door, and says "Oh, she didnt mark that down. Then she comes around again and asked if we needed to get into the other room, i say no. The rooms were dirty, sketchy hotel. no doorknob on the bathroom door, mattress...nasty! will not come here again!!!
Awful.
When I arrived and got out of car, I was met by someone begging me for money. Elevator to 2nd floor was filthy and I felt unsafe even entering it. Would not stay here again.
disgusting
The place was horrendous. Dirty, smelled horrible, had local homeless people outside my door all night making noise and a few attempts to come in my door. There were bed bugs, so I did not sleep AT ALL. Complete loss of my money.
The smoke detector went off all night reception told me there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t let me switch rooms
Very sketchy area and the rooms felt unsanitary and outdated. Mattress and pillow were in awful condition.
This place is disgustingly filthy. I made a complaint with the Denver health department. Exterior hallways, walls and especially areas around the elevator look like they have never been cleaned since the hotel was built. Trash bags and trash was piled up and never addressed for the 4 days I stayed there. There was a really big pile right in front of the office the whole time I was there. After walking around in my room in my socks the first evening I noticed when I took them off they were really dirty on the bottom. There were stains on the bottom sheet that was on my bed. I talked to a police officer that kept driving around the building and was told that there was a lot of drug activity at this facility and auto theft. Saturday morning noticed homeless person camping out in their car at the back end of the parking lot. If I hadn’t paid for the room on line in full I would have left before I ever got into the office. I’ve never seen such filth at any facility. I have stayed at other Red roof hotels and they were okay for a low cost hotel, but the Glendale/ cherry creek facility is not a healthy place.
There were stains on the bedding. The kitchen had basically no dishes or utensils. I arrived just 15 minutes early for check-in and was made to wait until 3:00pm exactly before the list of available rooms was released to the front desk staff. There were 2 other guests that came after me and they also had to wait. Not a great workflow process at front desk.
Filthy Tenament. Shocked they pass any inspection. Hotels.com should not book this level of accommodation without warning how bad.
