Staff was nice, I guess. TV worked fine.
The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes - inside and out. Lots of people hanging around outside, made us a little uncomfortable. The room was in terrible shape. Walls had whole sections of wallpaper ripped off; beds had stains all over the coverlet - disgusting, sheets had stains, too; bathroom toilet seat was sliding almost completely off every time; the tile was off in a couple places and the sink was dirty with hair/toothpaste cap down the drain; and the floors were dirty. We were glad to only have to stay in it for about 8 hrs. before leaving early in the morning.

The young lady at the desk was nice and respectful.
The room had roaches. The bath rags were used and hanging across the shower. The room smelled like smoke. The refrigerator didn't work.
GPS was all over the place trying to find hotel. No sign out front at all. Once located, its evident that this place is a rental area for locals, drug deals, and people just hanging around in the parking lot. I did go inside to confirm my stay rather than lose money by canceling my reservation. The girl at the counter was chatty with a guy standing there, so I had a chance to notice I had time to cancel. I couldn't give a lower score, but I wish I could have. There's even a grill someone brought out there for cooking out. Its just a Hood Hot Mess, not for family stays. There's locals, and their families basically living, and hanging out at this encampment. Kids running around on the balconies. I wouldn't have gotten any rest, or felt comfortable at this place, so I made another reservation elsewhere. "Save your money honey"

Holes in bath towels.
Coming in under new ownership so lots of upgrading which is ok, but a little annoying wondering or not knowing when you could relax because of hearing through the grapevine that they will be coming at a moments notice to change out the refrigerator or replace the toilet. But it's such as life these days. Overall a decent place to stay and relatively decent price compared to other places like extended stay.. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating!

It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend, Benton Convention Center, and other attractions.
Sound of running since like outside the door or right above the room at all hours of the night but not so bad. My wife wasn't a fan of the bed being too soft and of course the heavy weed smell in what we thought was non smoking and nobody was outside but she said other than that, everything was alright.
