Coming in under new ownership so lots of upgrading which is ok, but a little annoying wondering or not knowing when you could relax because of hearing through the grapevine that they will be coming at a moments notice to change out the refrigerator or replace the toilet. But it's such as life these days. Overall a decent place to stay and relatively decent price compared to other places like extended stay.. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating!

It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend, Benton Convention Center, and other attractions.
Sound of running since like outside the door or right above the room at all hours of the night but not so bad. My wife wasn't a fan of the bed being too soft and of course the heavy weed smell in what we thought was non smoking and nobody was outside but she said other than that, everything was alright.
Rosa at the front desk was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms have full size refrigerators, microwave and a 2 eye stove top.
Do not stay here. This property is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Mrs. Brown the "General Manager" is rude, unprofessional, a liar, and lacks class. I had to file a complaint with the DOJ for ADA violations and discriminatory practices. And if safety is a concern for you, rethink this property. If you call emergency services instead of their courtesy officer you will be told to leave. That is illegal as well. You cannot require a guest to only use an in-house courtesy officer (who isn't even a certified security officer. It's just someone who lives on property) instead of calling the police or 911.
When I asked for a corporate number it upset Mrs Brown (you could visibly see the anger) and she told us to leave. That's a retaliatory move. I have still yet to get a corporate number, however Mrs Brown supposedly sent my information to her direct manager. I have still yet to hear from anyone and that was Oct 31st. Today is Nov 7th.
Make sure Mrs. Brown meets all guests staying in the room. She never met my 12 year old although he was on property with me and everyone else had seen him or met him. She had a problem with that. Swore she didn't know he was there yet my reservation had him listed as a child staying in the room. She will look for any reason to argue with you and make you leave. She is dangerous to the hospitality industry and to the guests at any property she manages. There are so many more issues but I don't have the room to type them all.
The rooms are not the cleanest. Beds are uncomfortable and remind me of a cot mattress. (Thin and lumpy) MOST of the staff is friendly and pleasant. But this property needs a major improvement and new management in every dept.
