Great staff will help solve your problems.
Pros:

The staff is excellent, particularly Gloria, who is a great problem solver.

Cons:

I understand that they are remodeling. Lack of a bedside lamp was a problem and the ac was very noisy.

Room allotted had single bed and not Full Bed/Double Bed as advertised on Booking.com. Gloria the reception manager made me wait for appx 10 min to find my booking despite paid confirmation and welcome message from property citing her system did not have my details only to find it later, after saying my first name on booking was only 'Arun'.
She kept asking for $10 for upgrading to Queen Bed, and I protested and called Booking.com support who then called her and by the time she realized her goof up and allotted a Queen Bed.
Due to this bed issue she changed our room only for us to later discover that the room above was being renovated and we had an unpleasant noises all through Aug 08 right from 8 AM which forced us to check out around 9 AM instead of 11 AM.

IT WAS AWFUL. Dirty not a safe place . People sitting out side there rooms smoking meth, pot! Awful.

They don’t tell you they rent rooms out to the homeless. The bed sucked. We left at 3am. There were people out side drinking, smoking meth and pot. Was not a safe place to stay. Weird people out side sitting on the sidewalk. The room stunk!
Of the tenets had barking dogs. Just an awful place to stay. Would never recommend to
Anyone.

Fine for the price.
Pros:

Location great. Breakfast a little scanty. I don't like breakfast so didn't care and usually Motel coffee isn't good anyway so I declined. My husband, who has also stayed there without me, wasn't satisfied with a breakfast. It's just something sustainable to get on your way but not for somebody who actually eats breakfast and is used to them in other motels. My own complaint was the exterior of my room which was impeccable. The trash area looks a little congested and more like homeless people are living there. I guess there are some Extended Stay people but the trash area shouldn't reveal that to the people who are there for only one night. Also the cement floor area leading to the rooms seemed a little sketchy like it needed to be scrubbed but honestly I don't care because I only care about my own room which was perfect but just telling you how it looks from the outside, not able to compete with other motels but maybe your price reflects that anyway. I would stay again but felt at the area was a little sketch

Too much to take. Stayed somewhere else.

Attendant was friendly. Location fine.

Cons:

Trashy.Each floor could use cleaning including elevator. I took the hit, paid the overnight fee and found somewhere else to stay.
