Nothing
The people took so long to greet us at the front desk. They told us we could not have a pet even though they advertised for pets. The room we looked at was disgusting in every way. When was the last time someone actually cleaned here? Definitely it recommend.
Nothing at all very uncomfortable
The room was terrible it smelled really bad the bathroom was filthy and I found what looked to be blood on the other side of the pillow I used which was disgusting
From the start when I walked in, it was bad services. I already paid online so had no choice to suck it up and stay
The whole environment there was not very pleasant at all the residents that stay there are not friendly and just very ugly and disgusting. Just one lady that waves and she seems to be friendly. There’s a lot of drug addicts and just the property actually needs a lot of attention. I paid for 9 days at lot of money I spent there and this has been the worst experience I ever experienced. The bed frames are not very sturdy at all. I’m just being honest. Washer and dryer’s are not all working there’s no signs stating what’s not working I have to rewash my laundry cause the washer was broken and my clothes were still soaked. Half of the dryer’s are not in service as well. That was also money spent that was wasted.
Nothing dirty stunk and had roaches plaster peeling from shower and flooring rizing with bugs coming from everywhere I will never stay with this company again
This was disgusting had to sleep in my car and only use the room to bath as I couldn't get a refund to go elsewhere manager leaves and does door dash when he is supppse to be there assisting quest. Horrible customer service
Cleanliness needed immediately, replace the furniture and carpet. Please for all that is holy throw out those disgusting computer chairs. Fix the vents in the bathroom and remove blood from floor, yes we notice also clean the towels!! Oh and rooms shouldn't reak of mildew or weed. Receptionist was accommodating at getting a replacement room even tho it smells of weed still better that mildew ig.
The AC was good
The roaches was KILLING ME. And there was a dead roach refrigerator. How the heck did a roach get in the refrigerator?

The front desk receptionist was horrible! I asked to cancel the first night she would not accept the cancellation from booking.com when she could have I wanted to leave because it was filthy & nasty in there. the room was literally falling apart, so ragged. I would NOT RECOMMEND .

If you’re not African American, don’t stay at this hotel. Stay away. You will be treated very poorly—worse than a dog. I have more respect for my own pets than the way I was treated here. The condition of this hotel is disgraceful. Be sure to read the reviews carefully before booking a stay here.
It was a comfy room; the bathroom was a decent size; there was a kitchenette, although we didn't use it.
Asked for towels twice (because we didn't have any upon arriving, only rags) and was told to wait til the next morning because only housekeeping could access them. Whatever - we waited til morning, and housekeeping was nowhere to be found. Mind you, we didn't get turn-down service our first night staying there, so we had to use the rags to dry off on our two-night stay.

The price and location
The AC in my house broke down so I got a room for the night. The phone number to the motel was out of order and there was no way to contact them to see if I could check in early. I even contacted corporate and they couldn't reach the motel staff either.
