Pros:

Convenient to venue we were attending.

Cons:

no hot water, no hair dryers available. no comforter just 2 sheets and the trash truck came at 445am and made so much banging noise. 1 washcloth for 2 people. When I told the front desk we couldn't shower they just said oh sorry...like they knew it was an issue.

Reasonable value for the money.
Pros:

For the price it was reasonable.

Cons:

I was surprised that the room was never cleaned during the 3 night stay. Had some bugs and a smell in room which wasn't great but again reasonable for the price.

Best deal for the price and the area!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many many times and in the past rooms
smelt like animals and didn’t feel so clean but the last handful of times the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Sometimes you can smell weed being smoked but It doesn’t bother me. A lot of the same people always staying or live there and there’s a lot of police action but other than that it’s my fav affordable hotel in the area.

Dog poop in grass/Animal smells in room sometimes

Pros:

Well i was able to book but when I got to property they said they couldn't rent to .e no explanation at all clerk said sheput in for refund for me.

Cons:

Thr fact that noonenotifyoed me that there was a issue with me renting from them then I had to go pay again for another room somewhere else now I'm told I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my money back .that is so unfair.
