Very comfy, clean rooms and excellent and friendly staff.
Pros:

Have stayed before and love the location, how easy it is to drive to and be able to park plus easy access to public transport and services (shops) etc

Cons:

Stair access only on the back building. Knew from last time and planned accordingly this time. Maybe a mention on the site about restricted access (if it already mentioned apologies, I didn’t notice it)

Pros:

Loved how we where greeted. Told how too sign up top tradies pub. For discount on food n drink. Explained where we take our stuff. Loved the view from the balcony.

Cons:

Had a shower. No shower Curtin.. So all the water hit the only toilet roll we had. Coat hanger missing from closet. Full bottle of Conditioner empty. Dust on top of shelves cupboard in our room. Had too wash brand new clothes after shopping when I thought the room was clean.

Pros:

The rooms were on the larger size. it had great food options at the hotel. There was also a street full of restaurants and a Coles or Woolworths near by.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, easy to find and lots to do in the area. The room was lovely and cosy, and in a nice and quiet spot. Beds were super comfy also.

Cons:

The toilet didnt flush very well
air con struggled a bit but manageable
Room service pancakes were raw, but all other food and drink were great

Perfect spot to stay when visiting the museums, the war memorial, questacon etc
Pros:

I love that it was so central to everything. Close to shops and all of the Canberra attractions.
The staff were lovely.
I was impressed by the range of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
