Pros:

Very upset to wake up in the middle of the to find the floor beside bed was flooded with water, which I stepped in. I was told at checkout that I was the 3rd room with same complaint. Other than an apology it would have been nice to have been offered a discount as I didn't sleep while trying to figure out where water was coming from

Pros:

My room was very well designed for accessibility. It was however next to the lobby and even with earplugs in, the noise made falling asleep difficult. Set up for breakfast woke me up as well. I would definitely stay there again, close to everything, but I would designate not that room.

Had a great stay. Staff was excellent - even the poor young women at the front desk who was very clearly ill.
Great bed and quiet surroundings. Overheard at breakfast that another guest had intermittent outages with their TV - something we experienced as well this time and the last time we stayed (in mid September)

We just stayed for one night after an event, it was good. I cant really speak to the facilities but we did have the continental breakfast - it was what you would expect. I will say that the walls are thin and you can definitely hear if you have loud neighbors or people walking upstairs

Pros:

Perfect for the traveller. Easy on and off the highway. I spent my time out and about, but had one breakfast there and it was very good. Room was comfortable and clean and staff were efficient.
