A great stay
Pros:

Friendly & helpful staff. Big room with comfortable bed. All amenities were in place. The hotel is in an excellent location i think. Very close to Christchurch Cathedral, so expect bells! It didn't put me off. The hotel is literally a 20 second walk to the excellent Darkey Kelly's bar. Well worth a visit.

Cons:

The rain, but that's Ireland for you!

Staff friendly and hotel clean. Information regarding parking very poor
Pros:

Very disappointed with the parking situation. When booking at checking in I was told that parking was validated and you parking car in a multi storey car park up the road. When leaving I had my ticket validated at reception but when trying to get out of car park I was charged 31 euro for the privilege. Very disappointing this wasn't outlined on booking.com and at reception. I deliberately chose a hotel that I believe free parking was included.

Sentrumsnært hotell.
Pros:

Hotellet var meget sentrumsnært. Personalet var hyggelig og behjelpelig. Vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag. Vi spiste ikke frokost men andre i reisefølget gjorde det og sa at frokosten var bra. Det var bar ved siden av resepsjonen.

Cons:

Vi fant skjeggkre på badet og renholdet synes vi var så som så. Avtrekksviften på badet levde på overtid, og burde absolutt blitt byttet ut. Vi reiste sammen med andre og i deres rom var det lekkasje fra taket.
Det var renovering på hotellet, vi var ikke plaget med støy men det burde absolutt vært opplyst om dette på hjemmesiden.

Chambre fonctionnelle très bien placée.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal entre les quartiers de Temple Bar et Chrit Church. Machine à café dans la chambre. Belle salle de bain. Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Ma chambre au rez de chaussée était sans fenêtre, juste un puits de lumière au-dessus du lit. Petite sensation d'enfermement pas très agréable.
