Okay stay. Staff are wonderful.
Pros:

The location was great. Right next door to one of the best pubs in town "Darkey Kelly's" and Copper Alley Bistro for breakfast.

Cons:

Lots of construction noise and the room was over priced, especially since there was no air conditioning. The cloth chair had stains on it and the picture above the bed had schmutz on it.

Pros:

Pomimo minusów generalnie pobyt miły i udany.
Pros:

Miła i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo przestronny i wygodny pokój. Bardzo dobre połączenie autobusowe na lotnisko. Niezłe wyposażenie pokoju, choć przydałaby się dodatkowo lodówka.

Cons:

Shabby, overpriced, and uncomfortable
Pros:

Location is good. Staff were okay.

Cons:

We paid almost €400 for one night and one night of parking. That is outrageous for the state of the hotel. The lobby and bar are clean but the windows are not. There were big splashes of different brown and white liquids on the windows and fingerprints everywhere. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting. There are big stain patches all over them. There were bags of dirty sheets in the hallway when we arrived at 5pm and were still there at midnight. There was a lot of dust on the hallway door handles.

The room was really shabby, carpets were again scruffy and the furnishings were dingy and the walls were marked and dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty too. The shower didn’t drain properly and the taps are close to the edge of the sink you can’t wash your hands without drenching the counter.

For around 360 for one night you’d expect a LOT better. This is max an 80 per night hotel.

Fabulous, fabulous location! Friendly staff. But room was shabby and did not feel clean. For the amount we paid, would
Pros:

The location could not have been better! Close to Christchurch Cathedral, so we could hear the bells (which we loved). Next to Darkey Kelly’s - we could hear traditional Irish music coming from the pub in our room (which we loved). Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Staff were friendly too.

Cons:

We were in an unrenovated room. It was shabby and did not feel clean. Housekeeping didn’t do anything except replace towels after first night. Had to ask for fresh coffee cups, for example. Toiletries as per website were nonexistent. Towels small and threadbare. We had paid a lot for this stay and felt we did not get value for the amount spent. This had more of a hostel feel rather than hotel.
