• Executive Club Lounge is open from 7AM to 10PM daily. Guests with Club Lounge access can choose between a Daily Set Menu breakfast served at the Club Lounge from 7AM to 10AM (last order at 9:45 AM), or enjoy a buffet breakfast at Food Capital on Level 1 from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM).
• Club Lounge guests can also enjoy afternoon high tea and unlimited evening cocktails in the lounge.

Wonderful room size and layout, good view.
Pool area was horrendous, breakfast felt like ‘a machine’. Think too many rooms to handle the volume of guest in the main areas. Overall design was a bit of a letdown for a newly renovated hotel.

We were keen to watch TennisUS Open, but only Asian Badminton tournament on for 3 days..
The person who greeted us (Sir Vincent) after alighting the car was very courteous and helpful. He took care of all our 5 check-in luggage and 4 handcarry bags.

Reasonable room size, but with our many luggage, it was quite tight (our fault).
Polite staff (as in everyone), especially the manager (I think, but we didn't get his name), who assisted us with our many luggage during checkout.
They use a small digital clock-looking device for communication. Some people, like me, prefer old school telephones to conveniently reach out to the concierge to request a trolley for our luggage. It took us about 10 minutes trying to figure it out, but it kept pushing us to AI assist. I'm not a big fan of that! Without any luck, we just head out, and luckily, the manager (I think) was in the hallway and helped us bring the luggage down to the lobby.
They seemed to be short staffed during our visit. Checkout also took longer than normal (maybe 10-15 minutes), with few people in line.

MRT gleich nebenan. Frühstück war gut. Hatten einen Abendflug und konnten nach dem auschecken den Poolbereich noch nutzen und duschen. Pool war eher klein, das war für uns aber nicht wichtig. Im Zimmer und an der Rezeption steht Trinkwasser kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Increíbles las vistas desde la habitación. La cama cómoda e incluso hay una fuente de agua filtrada dentro de la habitación. La amabilidad del personal y el increíble bufet para desayunar.
Si tu vuelo sale más tarde que el check-out hay una sala donde hay sofás, agua, café. Puedes usar la piscina y las duchas también. Así que súper agradecidos!
Alguna esquina de la habitación estaba sucia… cosa que me sorprendió por lo cuidado que estaba todo.
The breakfast options were okay, but super busy. Room was comfortable but not spotless.
Staff were not very attentive or welcoming. For such a busy hotel, there should be more staff available to assist guests. We arrived late at night with only one person at the lobby and no chairs to sit on, which didn’t feel very welcoming.
Breakfast was okay, but the service could be improved as most staff were not very friendly or attentive. One lovely lady was an exception and really stood out.
A reasonably priced up-scale hotel, centrally located along the river (which is very nice to walk along). Rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
