• Executive Club Lounge is open from 7AM to 10PM daily. Guests with Club Lounge access can choose between a Daily Set Menu breakfast served at the Club Lounge from 7AM to 10AM (last order at 9:45 AM), or enjoy a buffet breakfast at Food Capital on Level 1 from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM).
• Club Lounge guests can also enjoy afternoon high tea and unlimited evening cocktails in the lounge.
• Guests age 12 years old and under, accompanied by an adult, are welcome at Executive Club Lounge before 5:30PM.

Super noisy AC or whatever it was. Ridiculous to pay this much for a hotel and get woken up couple times at night by some weird ventilation sound.
The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the receptionist, which made a very good impression. The location is also convenient if you plan to use public transport as Great World MRT station is literally less than 5 mins walking. There is also a shopping mall and supermarket close to the hotel which is very convenient.
The room felt quite damp and had a noticeable musty smell, sometimes mixed with what seemed like a cigarette like odor. To me it felt as though there may be an issue with humidity or ventilation, and I think this is something the hotel should look into.
The hotel is also quite large and busy. Right next to the lobby there is a dining area that can get crowded, so the entrance and common areas may feel a little hectic at certain times.

Location and Room quality were excellent, so were the staff. Whisky Bar on site was great too. Good Transport links and pleasant riverside location. Peaceful
We booked a river view room - very pleased we did - lovely view. Excellent, breakfast with something for everyone. Close to efficient MTR, Havelock Station 3 min walk. Pleasant 30 min walk along river into city centre. Enough bars & restaurants in close walking distance too.
Automated check in & out wasn't very personal or user friendly. Gym facilities limited. Slight concern about stairwell, only seemed to be for emergency services - could be a problem if you don't want to ( or can't for whatever reason) use lifts. Expensive but that's Singapore!
Location
Room wasn’t ready at 8pm for check in. Put us as a couple beside a family room with a screaming child. Paid for a renovated room and when we requested to be moved to a quieter room we got an unrenovated room with a leak and mould. The staff tried to help but the room should never have been allowed to have guests in because it was clear there had been multiple fix up jobs but never properly attended to. I put in a complaint and got an apology and an offer of a discount for my next stay. I would definitely NOT stay again or any other hotels this chain owns.
