Guests with Club Lounge access can choose between a Daily Set Menu breakfast served at the Club Lounge from 7AM to 10AM (last order at 9:45 AM), or enjoy a buffet breakfast at Food Capital on Level 1 from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM).

• Club Lounge guests can also enjoy afternoon high tea and unlimited evening cocktails in the lounge.

Not impressed. Definitely not 5 star.
Pros:

Good location for the river, and local restaurants.

Cons:

Poor breakfast and un inviting restaurant with unpleasant lobby area. Rooms very small. Only stayed one night.

Pros:

Locatie super aan het water met mooi uitzicht en gezellige restaurantjes, in de avond mooi verlicht en gezellig.

Cons:

Ontvangst bij het Hotel, mevrouw achter de balie was niet te volgen voor ons als buitenlanders die een lange reis achter de rug hebben, ze sprak zo snel ze was niet te volgen, twee maal gevraagd rustig te spreken, geen resultaat, "gesprek beëindigd"
Op naar de manneger dat helpt, toen kon het wel ook het eten in het hotel op de kamer laten schrijven was nu zo geregeld geregeld.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Ideal location, clean and nice buffet breakfast!
Pros:

It was nice to have our room face the river and Garden by the Bay area. Breakfast service, staff and food were exceptional. Hotel was in an ideal location and many elevators to serve the guests.

Cons:

We have nothing to dislike.

Brilliant location and room, would definitely come again
Pros:

Location was fantastic with amazing from the riverside rooms. Breakfast outside by the riverfront was a highlight. Service staff and room itself were exceptional.

Cons:

The one minor thing that was a problem was the fact that they had a smart tv but no apps like Netflix were installed, and we couldn’t get the screen mirroring to work.

Pros:

Localização excelente, com transportes públicos à porta. Vista do quarto espetacular, podendo ser avistados alguns dos locais icónicos de Singapura. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e muita qualidade mas, sem qualquer tipo de serviço à mesa, como é habitual em hotéis desta categoria.

Cons:

Falta de um local onde poder estar a a trabalhar em sossego, após check out. Entrada no hotel directamente para a zona do buffet, o que gera alguma confusão. sobretudo durante as comemorações do ano novo chinês.

Fine but not memorable.
Pros:

Large room. Could have had more English language tv choices. Location was good for us as we enjoy walking everywhere. Maybe not so good for people who want to be in the centre of things unless they are prepared to get taxis or use the train. Breakfast was good although the layout of the tables and the fact it was always busy made it feel like a canteen. Staff were fine but a bit dour and not nearly as friendly as everyone in Langkawi or Penang.

Location is amazing, decent breakfast

Cons:

The staff is rude, especially the check-in staff. They need to be replaced. The junior staff is very good. Vincent, who is at the entrance and helps with luggage etc. is exceptional.
