They accepted my reservation and when I got to the hotel there were no rooms available, but I was still charged.

This hotel should be removed from the site. It was completely terrible. There were drug deals in the parking lot and the smell of rotten urine made my wife throw up. This is some kind of halfway house not somewhere you want to spend the night. The absolute worst I have seen in my life. The man behind the counter wanted me to look at the room before he would complete the transaction thank goodness. I thought this was very odd at first but now I understand why he did that.

The reception personal was nice and friendly. Security was good. At first glance the room looked good, but seen roach in the room and tv didn't work right. There is a refrigerator but no coffee pot. Floor was sticky and seemed to be wet. Bathroom had no door on it. Bed was sagging in the middle. AC did work fine though. Price for room is low. Won't be going back though, will look for another place next time. I'm going to rate it a 2 star only because the personal and security was great.

Not a safe place to stay

I did not like the complimentary roaches. They were generously portioned out. Apparently the hotel had a surplus of them because when I mentioned it to the front desk clerk told me matter of fac”All the rooms got roaches.” So as to make sure to know I had not specifically been singled out for this amenity.

When I arrived at the hotel, the young said we have no reservation for you. Well how’s that possible Because I’m sitting here holding the reservation in my hand. She then repeated that they didn’t have any reservation. Now if hotels.com can send me this to review your hotel are you still gonna say I never had a reservation?! She then said I can give you a room but it has no tv. It’ll be $50 plus tax. I just kindly walked away. So I didn’t have my room I reserved. My child and I ended sleeping at a rest stop at 4am.

When i showed up to the property the cashier stated they werent accepting any 3 party website reservations as per his manager. I Had to find another hotel. Another customer was in the lobby having the same issue

Did not stay. Room dirty and smelled terrible. Area seemed so unsafe I didn’t want to park my car overnight!

This property was filthy and unprofessional they did not have extra towels the room was infested with roaches the receptionist had the office full of kids the bathroom was filty

The hotel was awful dirty, roach infested, and molded.
The furniture is old, carpet dirty and needs to be condemned. Will never go back there again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wrote a previous review and it was denied to be posted. Horrible place, very dirty place, and rooms are in VERY poor condition. This place should be condemned! The front office space poorly maintained and dirty with garbage all over.
