Easy check in for the price it was enjoyable
homeless camp ground at property entrance
The room was ok. Bathroom looked like someone took an axe to the floor and tub. AC worked well
That it appears to be a transient living location. When we arrived at 5pm our room was not clean and ready, there were at least 6 families with all of their belongings in the lobby including rice cookers, laundry hampers, and all of their toys and under the awning at the front door. It says 100% smoking free, not sure that’s true as it smelled of marijana in the lobby, elevator and in the hallways. Pet friendly looks like it’s a dog fight waiting to happen as they were barking and growling at each other in the lobby.
There always great with my dog billy we have stayed prob 40 times or more great staff
Will say that it was convenient and not a bad price for being so close to the concert venue! Isabel the manager was great!
Luis. He was so rude and yelling at customers the second we got into the lobby. He made everybody in the lobby feel very uncomfortable. He told everybody in the lobby that rooms wouldn’t be available for an hour plus.. everybody was trying to get checked in at 3p. Understandably, some rooms weren’t available because they were short staffed and busy. What was uncalled for, was Luis yelling and making a scene in the lobby causing customers to not even want to stay. That being said, we also almost left but the manager Isabel handled the situation really well. She sent Luis home, but in my honest opinion he shouldn’t be back or working front desk if he can’t handle stressful situations. He needs to learn how to de-escalate rather than making situations worse and losing business.
Cleanliness:
Air conditioning units were so full of lint and dust that they wouldn’t blow cold air.
The showers were old and rusted. I wish I’d taken pictures of it but I’m sure if you look into room #222 it’s not hard to miss.
At the front entrance, there was tons of luggage, baskets and items. I get that you can’t control it, but it had been there for hours. Not a good look for the establishment.

The surrounding area was horrible. Hookers and drug addicts outside your hotel daily.

They come in my my room middle of the night and when I spoke to the manager she was careless of what happened the night
