Shower needs some work, also door didnt lock easily. Other then that was great

No ice machine and when asked at reception area employee said it was limited to one ice bucket. When I asked about breakfast... Employee said, between his teeth, in a way that I wasn't going to hear but I did. Breakfast is from 6-9 and it's first come first serve. So, it's not 6-9 it's as soon as they ran out of breakfast. OMG. The pool it's not open 24/7 or not even til midnight. Pool is open til 5pm. Room dirty, doors, drawers, Ottoman , lamps, bathroom, shower and walls all in bad conditions. Beds also in bad conditions. I will NEVER stay here again. Very bad. I'm surprise it's in the list to compare with other hotel prices. Not a happy customer

The ac was making so much noise it sounded like it was going to fall of the wall. Toilet leaking maintenance said half hr and never showed up. You could feel the springs in the bed and pillows were flat.

Shower was barely a drip and beds was dirty. Area is unsafe and staff barely acknowledges your existence.

Property served ots purpose but it was in need of some repair

This was theee worse experience ever!!!!! I tried to make nice with these people as soon as I walked in the room it was problems after problems. The TV never worked opened the refrigerator and it smelled sooo bad our stomachs turned even the guy who they sent to get the refrigerator out and he brought another one and the one he bought told us it was better put our stuff in the refrigerator came back to the room to our food had perished because the refrigerator replaced never worked. The manager is only there to check you in and take your money after that besides the language barrier he was never there or to be called or found. Save your money and traveling time. Who ever runs this business do not care about it at all! It’s just a money come up. If health department come it will be all bad. Bugs all in the window seals. This could have been all prevented if they cared about their customers more

The free breakfast was not a breakfast, they offered granola bars and coffee. Also while packing to leave We found toys and dirty laundry under the bed. It was not ours.

This hotel is next to a steipclub and it’s definitely alittle scary w really rundown rooms- broken hindges and dresser drawers. Bathroom door fell off.

Easy on and off I-10...little noisy with traffic. Close to the airport. Nice staff.

Staff pointed me to 4 different wifi connections. All of them terrible. Kept losing connection while trying to get work done. Phone in room didn't work so I had to keep going down to front desk. After a room transfer, wifi still didn't work and then had low pressure for hot water which made for a terrible shower. Looked like blood stains on shower curtain. Very unhappy with my experience.

Staff was friendly. Parking was easy and well light.

My stay did not feel safe for me and children. The location was not to my liking, the hotel had dirty towels and washcloths. The restroom had cracking in the ceiling, water pressure was low and beds were not to my liking as well. There was no free continental breakfast it was only bars and fresh fruit. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub was not working.

room was very dirty and broken a/c. the shower was also broken you can’t change the temp.

There were hair on the bed in room 316, in room 310 food leftovers were on bed and chewing gum attached to the bed. Rooms were not clean. Breakfast was not good. There were left over in the fridge.

Everything was find but breakfast wasnt what we expected and the guy at desk during the night needs to be trained on customer service.
