Unsafe and loud
Pros:

When I arrived there is a customer ahead of me who was cussing out the person behind the counter. My sister said at the same hotel and when she arrived an hour before me it was another customer cussing out the person behind the counter. When I drove into the facility and look for parking I saw at least three people who were engaged in illegal activities. One person was outside with a colostomy in a hospital gown. Another person had his door open to his hotel room and was blasting out curse words and music. Three people were smoking weed. Throughout the night I can hear cussing screaming yelling and shouting throughout all three stories of this hotel. It was not a safe or pleasant experience.

Cons:

Residents are not obeying the rules and it felt like it was a hotel for people in prostitution and Drug addicts. The shouting and the yelling and the loud voices with music literally woke me up every hour of the night.
