Pros:

The facility was clean from the front door in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Accommodations were excellent. Having a decent place to eat on the premises is a plus. Well worth the price.

Cons:

The whole having to pay for parking on the hotel grounds is a little much. Not just with this facility. Most of the hotels have adopted this policy. Having to pay for the right to park on the grounds seems unbalanced. Give me something for my $10 . Show me a security guy, either driving or walking. Knock that off and youll be batting 1000!

Best customer service ever
Pros:

This hotel and its staff helped us get through one of the hardest times in our lives. It’s about 15-20 min from Marin hospital (the reason we chose this hotel), and it allows dogs for a 100$ per stay/20$ per day fee. This was much cheaper than other hotels in the area. We were in crisis mode when we arrived and the staff immediately helped us, gave us a massive pet-friendly room, and helped us to extend our stay and even price matched to help us with our 10 day stay. They even helped us keep our same room. Richelle at the front desk was absolutely incredible and was so helpful with coordinating our extended stay and made sure we were okay. The little restaurant/bar had surprisingly good food, that was made fresh to order, and perfect after full day at the hospital when we were too tired to go anywhere. Parking is 10$ a day, pool and laundry facilities on site, microwaves and fridges in rooms. Overall one of the best experiences working with a hotel I’ve ever had, the staff care, the rooms are clean and comfy.

Treated quite unfairly.
Pros:

The location is great and the fold out sofa was great for my son.

Cons:

My son and I have stayed here several times and I have stayed here by myself for years with no problems. I made a comment to the front desk about the dryers that guests can use during their stay and the next thing I knew, they said I wasn’t welcome there anymore. Utterly shocked, upset and left in disbelief. Very troubling.

Cons:

Carpeted rooms. In general carpets retain a lot of stuff from the prior occupants that you can not effectively clean away. I recommend on next remodel to get rid of carpeting.

Excellent location for Sonoma Raceway, clean, helpful staff, and very good food options onsite morning & evening.
Pros:

The onsite breakfast & dinner options were just what we needed to be able to arrive and relax. All staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated fridge & microwave in room. Room was clean & water pressure was very good. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Pillows were not comfortable - flat where head was, then billowed up around head. Mini fridge in room was very noisy. Phone etiquette rules should be posted and gently enforced by staff; while we tried to enjoy our dinner quietly in the lobby Bistro, another guest far away from us used her cell phone with speaker volume on extremely loudly the entire 30 minutes. We heard her phone conversation better than we could hear each other.

Unexpected overnight stay. The room served its purpose but the bed seemed worn out and was uncomfortable to sleep in.
