​An Extremely Comfortable Stay　快適な滞在
Pros:

Mark at the front desk was always looking out for me during my stay, making it the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

​The air conditioner model is a bit old, so it makes a lot of noise when running.

Beautiful, Clean, Friendly Staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again when I come to Novato. The person that checked me in upgraded my room with a balcony when I requested it. The room and bathroom was clean and I had no issues. The hotel overall was clean as well. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly.

Cons:

I really do not have any complaints. There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

Pros:

The facility was clean from the front door in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Accommodations were excellent. Having a decent place to eat on the premises is a plus. Well worth the price.

Cons:

The whole having to pay for parking on the hotel grounds is a little much. Not just with this facility. Most of the hotels have adopted this policy. Having to pay for the right to park on the grounds seems unbalanced. Give me something for my $10 . Show me a security guy, either driving or walking. Knock that off and youll be batting 1000!
