Very poor standards considering the Hilton name is being used . Was the the level of professionalism and service of a Hi

Location to the airport

Cons:

Advertised shuttle service but wasn’t available and staff said it stopped during covid, but they still advertised it. On check in the desk person was taking personal phone calls and had to wait for whilst they took personal call. Also no house keeping service was provided during stay. Staff seem to have no issues having personal conversation in front of the guests and this was seen on numerous occasions during the stay. Also the staff also use the breakfast area for personal use.

Biohazard Found in Room – Serious Health and Safety Failure
Pros:

During our recent stay, we discovered human feces present in our assigned guest room (Room 309). This was not a minor cleanliness issue, but a serious sanitation failure and biohazard that immediately rendered the room unfit for occupancy. The situation was distressing, vulgar, and entirely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one operating under the Hilton brand.
What made this incident especially concerning is that members all members of our party have chronic medical conditions, and our stay was specifically related to medical appointments. Exposure to such unsanitary conditions posed elevated health risks and caused significant stress and disruption.
While the overall experience was deeply troubling, I want to acknowledge Hannah at the front desk, who demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern. She handled the situation appropriately and was the only positive aspect of an otherwise unacceptable stay.
Unfortunately, despite contacting local management and following up in writing, we have received no response or resolution from property management, which has further compounded the disappointment.
This incident reflects a serious breakdown in housekeeping standards, quality control, and management responsiveness. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers—particularly those with health concerns
