I loved everything about the stay here at this hotel. Close to everything. Eateries, shopping markets, malls, Costco, freeways, Pacifica, ca half moon bay. S.F. SFO, transportation. Easy asscess on and off freeways. Great breakfast variety.

Cons:

No dressers drawers, to put your garments in. No hotel shuttles. Paying for parking on premises. No variety in breakfast juices. Only O.J. everyone cannot drink Orange Juice.

Location to the airport

Cons:

Advertised shuttle service but wasn’t available and staff said it stopped during covid, but they still advertised it. On check in the desk person was taking personal phone calls and had to wait for whilst they took personal call. Also no house keeping service was provided during stay. Staff seem to have no issues having personal conversation in front of the guests and this was seen on numerous occasions during the stay. Also the staff also use the breakfast area for personal use.
