No microwave no hair dryer. Breakfast was never really there
It was really convenient to be close to the airport for a short trip to Colorado. I was happy to get a shuttle to the airport.
Well there were really bright spotlights that lit up my room at like 1 AM and made it feel like daylight. I looked out there were like police spotlights outside of my room so I had to close the heavier blinds didnt expect that.
Breakfast and location was great.
We booked 2 rooms however during the time of check in we were told that those rooms are not available and we had to pay extra to get a third room

Our booking was confirmed by booking.com with reference no & pin. Money paid already during booking.
Upon arrival at 8pm local time
1. No one was present in the concierge of the hotel and we had to wait for 25 mins. No mention of when would someone come over to front desk
2. When the person came back and checked my details, she suggested she can’t find bookings and have to see on booking.com internal portals too see what happened with the booking. Hence told me to wait and wanted to served the already long queue behind me.
3. It took 30 more mins to serve all the existing members in the the line + she took up new incoming clients but kept me waiting.
4. After over an hour worth of wait, she told me nothing can be done. The room she has is only for 4 adults and doesn’t fit 5th adult. Whereas the booking was for 5 adults + 1kid. She initially told she can provide an adult rollover but later told the room won’t allow a rollover bed to fit it.
5. When I told her to give me an additional room to adjust for the 5th adult, she said that had to come at a cost I should pay for my pocket, extra.
I can’t be any more disappointed than the experience I had.
If it’s only this chain or hotel. Or booking.com or a combination, either way I can’t recommend anyone’s to this.
I would have expected booking.com to provide a better assistance rather than a refund & only sharing assistance of paying the extra that I had to for finding another hotel on my own, while they had to wait 45 mins be fore confirming on the situation in the background.
For a long standing international customer/ user of booking.com, I expected far better from them. Deeply disappointed. I would be reconsidering my further options accordingly.
