The property is well taken care of. The flowers and landscaping of the property is beautiful. The rooms are clean.
The homeless population is unfortunate. They seem to travel on bikes to the vending machine area where they can charge their phones. Emptying their bags on the floor while waiting for their phones to charge. On my arrival after checking in at 7 pm two were in the hot tub with their bags out in full view and bikes at the gate. Hotel staff see them as I witnessed them pass by not saying anything. Office staff when questioned stated they know but are helpless. I feel this facility would benefit with some security or fencing around the property. They must be camping out in the woods and water area very close to the hotel and can access this property very easily.

Nothing. I was unable to get a clean room. Twice I was given keys to a room that was not cleaned
Everything. Mary @ front desk was unable to resolve this issue and just kept saying “I’m sorry “ I requested a refund and was told that I had booked through Hotel.com & had to deal directly with them. I have submitted this issue to my Financial Institution. I have been in the service industry in Florida since 1974and am appalled by your so called Customer Service
