Pros:

Everything was great, I had to wait for a few minutes for them to get the room ready but other than that it was good.

Big disappointment
Pros:

Staff friendly and location near the airport. And the fact that they will be closing permanently on March 5th.

Cons:

There were cockroaches running all over. The fold out sofa was disgusting. Things felt quite uncomfortable or Unclean. Beds weren't comfortable either.

The clerk that checked us in.

Cons:

We had to call from the breezeway twice and wait more than 15 minutes to check in. The hotel is old. Smells of smoke and week. I did not feel that it was clean.

Shower didn't have hot water, the room had a strong smell of fish food, part of the carpet was wet and there's no shampoo in the shower and the old appliances had a lot of stain. It needs to be remodeled
