The clerk that checked us in.

Cons:

We had to call from the breezeway twice and wait more than 15 minutes to check in. The hotel is old. Smells of smoke and week. I did not feel that it was clean.

Bad experience. It needs to be remodeled

Cons:

Shower didn't have hot water, the room had a strong smell of fish food, part of the carpet was wet and there's no shampoo in the shower and the old appliances had a lot of stain. It needs to be remodeled

Horrible, stay away

It was close to the airport

Cons:

We arrived around 11 PM and it was easy to get there from the airport, worse, noting that there is no shuttle services that you have to pay for your own Uber, but when we got there, we were not able to get inside because facility was closed so we had to call the 800 number to speak to somebody at the corporate office so they can call the night clerk so she can open the door. We waited about 30 minutes and when she came, she got us the room as soon as we walked in in the room, we saw cockroaches and we were trying to check out and go to some other place and we were not able to get a hold of her. We were not able to get a hold of anybody. We called the corporate five times and they said that she’s coming, but she never came ultimately we were able to get to different hotel by 2 AM, but we were exhausted and had to come back next day to get the refund.. Horrible experience!

Cons:

The whole place reeked of cigarettes and pot. The beds were covered in hair and who knows what else. Floors were filthy. Transients camping all around to grounds. SCARY HORRIBLE PLACE. DI NOT BOOK HERE. WE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED THE ROOM AND LEFT.

Pros:

I was told there were some power and Internet issues when I visited the hotel to stay. They said they will process refund in case I cancel since they are not going to resume anytime soon.

I opted for cancellation and however my money was never refunded. Such a defunct hotel and I am very upset since booking. Com didn’t took any responsibility for processing my refund.
